**What do you like best about Platform One?**

It provides a comprehensive picture of the general public’s attitude towards the business. I found the sentiment analysis particularly useful to assist me in familiarizing myself with the underlying emotions within the feedback.

**What do you dislike about Platform One?**

The program that Platform One lacks in is the ability to go further into the details of the partitions. It can be hard to determine causes of problems or the effectiveness of our feedback efforts.

**What problems is Platform One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Platform One simplifies the process of getting feedback from many different sources. Some of the advantages include the fact that it becomes easier to centralize all the data and this is useful when doing an initial survey.
