It is very easy to discuss and share files in groups or team .PlanCentral is comparatively cheaper.Also it is easy to download and install on iPhone,android and computers.Customer support page in PlanCentral is very much supportive where i got answers to my queries.
Most important is that anyone can start using it right away.Once you signup it takes only few minutes to understand the way it works.Also the chat and feed features help team in saving time because there is no need to send mail all the time .Team work becomes much more pleasant and organised.The layout is minimal and simple .Also there is generous amount of storage space in file section and file share is super convenient and time saving !!!! I really dont find anything critical on it .But in viewing and organizing documents,it sometimes get difficult to look at the thumbnail to find which document Im looking for.The only thing i could suggest is that keep adding more features but please keep it simple like the way it is Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
