It is very easy to discuss and share files in groups or team. PlanCentral is comparatively cheaper. Also, it is easy to download and install on iPhone, android, and computers. Customer support page in PlanCentral is very much supportive where I got answers to my queries. Most important is that anyone can start using it right away. Once you signup, it takes only a few minutes to understand the way it works. Also, the chat and feed features help the team in saving time because there is no need to send mail all the time. Teamwork becomes much more pleasant and organized. The layout is minimal and simple. I really don't find anything critical on it. But in viewing and organizing documents, it sometimes gets difficult to look at the thumbnail to find which document I'm looking for.
