**What do you like best about Pidge?**

It uses smart technology to help its riders. It figures out the best and fastest routes for them, which means they can deliver orders quicker.

**What do you dislike about Pidge?**

not helpful in my case as i am not much techy guy, their clutter feature dashboard but best for ohter businesess.

**What problems is Pidge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My riders management was un-organised, pidge tech help us by create a structure and set up their route optimization technology with our software and assign riders to selected one so that order and experience both become great.

**What do you like best about Pidge?**

I came across this product when I was exploring a few products for my subscription business. While there are many products out there, none of them offers as comprehensive a suite as Pidge. It is such a simple product that I started using it from day 1 to streamline my business operations. They have an extensive partner network and an easy-to-use platform. Been using the platform for over 2 months and have already reduced my unfulfilled orders to 7% from 22%. Life Saver!!!

**What do you dislike about Pidge?**

I have not found anything I dislike about the platform yet.

**What problems is Pidge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was struggling with unfulfilled demands, especially on the weekends. While I have my own fleet during peak hours, the volume of orders was too much and the cost of maintaining additional fleet just to cater to peak hours was not feasible. Pidge's extensive network of partners solved this for me. Smart allocation on Pidge helped me allocate orders without any manual intervention to my partner of choice. Additionally, the visibility that the product gives for my own fleet is phenomenal. It helped me minimize my fleet's idle time by 8% in less than 3 months. Pidge continues to be my life saver!
