**What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

Alongside progressing my own career, I also act as the career coach for four junior members of my team. The user interface is smooth and streamlined, with clear menus, and the system integrates well with our own programs. Website performance is fast and doesn’t lag, which helps us provide clear, concise feedback to members of our team. Pricing feels competitive and affordable for the company. While I haven’t yet needed to use the support or onboarding features, they’re clearly labelled and easy to find for when I do. The AI assistance responds quickly to queries and provides professional-sounding replies.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

Some of the subfolders aren’t as easy to access as I’d like. It would be really helpful if all the menu links could be available in a dropdown on the main front page, please.

**What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

I like OneAdvanced Performance and Talent's user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate and use. I also appreciate the ability to add detailed notes about how I feel I'm meeting my objectives and targets. Additionally, the ease of initial setup with my single sign-on account is a big plus, as it allowed me straight access without any hassle.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

It would be beneficial if you could add documents to the platform to help justify how you meet the objectives and to build up evidence. Integration of meetings with Teams or Zoom would be helpful too. Instead of duplicating work by then setting up a virtual meeting on another platform after recording it on here.

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use OneAdvanced Performance and Talent to centralize my performance management, track objectives, and schedule meetings. It simplifies everything by putting it all in one place.

**What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

I find it easy to use as a people manager - getting set up on the system to be able to manage my team's performance was simple and quick. I check in quite frequently with my team, and the platform provides a good way to track progress against objectives. It works well alongside other systems. I've never had any issues!

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

In teams where a single objective might sit with multiple team members, it would be great to be able to share one objective between two or more people to help understand how everyone contributes towards a goal.

Being able to easily track progress against objectives - it's helpful that both my teams members and I can make updates to understand performance, and it helps them to feel engaged with their targets.

**What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

I really appreciate how Performance & Talent allows seamless collaboration between me and my manager. We can both see and contribute to notes, comments, feedback, and actions, which is incredibly helpful for clear communication and ensuring that I am progressing as needed. This collaborative aspect is crucial for me to meet my annual goals, such as passing probation or claiming my bonus. I love how the platform allows us to address and manage development and performance priorities effectively. Furthermore, Performance & Talent has an impressive design with clean pages that make it very easy to use. It's not complicated at all, which saves me time and reduces stress. The initial setup was incredibly simple, requiring just registration and minor adjustments to fit my preferences. I feel empowered to address any knowledge gaps I might have, and it greatly facilitates ongoing communication with my manager. The program's efficiency and user-friendly interface make it an indispensable tool, and I'm very satisfied with it.

I think the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of Performance & Talent could be improved to be a bit cleaner, although I do like the look of it so far.

**What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

Connect is a useful tool for keeping track of everything that has happened with a particular team member. It makes it simple to store all relevant information in one place and to create Personal Development plans, allowing colleagues to monitor their goals and envision where they want to be in one, two, or even five years. The process of giving and requesting feedback is straightforward, and this feedback can contribute to your end-of-year review, where you receive a grade. Integrating Connect with a team member is also easy, ensuring they understand the importance of recording everything in the system, which benefits both us and others who need visibility. In my role, we use Connect regularly—sometimes monthly, sometimes daily—to ensure we capture all necessary information. When we need support with Connect, we know where to turn, even though there are times we don't use it as frequently as we should. its also easy to implement connect into the team.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

At times, I find Connect confusing, especially when it comes to knowing where we should track specific information. For example, when we have a new starter, we don't set objectives until the person has completed their probation, so it's unclear whether everything needs to be entered into Connect during that period. I only recently discovered that Connect is supposed to be used for everything, from weekly chats to probation discussions, to ensure all aspects are documented in case we ever need to justify dismissing a team member.

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us to keep members on track if they have a risk event against them or a complaint was made against them as it helps to keep them accountable for the issues that has happened. It also helps us to track everything good that has happened even about ourselves with what we have helped with and what we have achieved. It helps that when you help someone from a different department they will tend to leave feedback about your help.

I really like how easy is to use it. We just had one training session and we were ready to use it. Doing the rounds of feedback a couple of times a year promotes agility and helps people grow in real-time. Also, we use to have this in spreadsheets before and now all the ones year by year are all saved in one singles place to go back en review.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

I would like to be able to review on the feedbacks I have done to my managers or colleagues. Once that I filled it in, it goes to the person's profile, but I can't longer see it in mine so it's then hard to check what has changed since last time I gave the review (though maybe this feature is also for a specific plan that I'm not aware).

**What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

The UI mainly - it's incredibly easy to navigate, use all features etc. I've used many others in the past, from big software providers such as Lattice, to small internal systems. This one is the easiest I've ever used.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

The inability to provide feedback to an external person, such as a subject matter expert I may contact outside of my organisation (contractual basis), and I have no way of sending it to them. Instead, I've had to assign an OKR and attach a screenshot of my email to the external person as evidence. Also, whilst I appreciate the check-in 'form' we use, I think having the system prompt for trends in feedback/check-in notes and provide (possibly using AI analysis) recommendations about things to discuss and catch up on?

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A centralised system for managing, recording and progressing personal and role-based OKRs that are aligned to higher-level OKRs for our organisation. Alongside feedback, 1:1 check-ins, and company surveys, it's a great problem solver against having many different systems or manual means of doing this previously.

At the minute you can record notes against each conversation and objective, and then use ‘view summary’ and then ‘reports’ to download this into one document.  We have just released new rich-text functionality which will allow adding images and links into your notes, moving forward we’ll consider also adding this functionality to external feedback.

You can also generate a feedback link for external use, just go into request feedback and you can do it from there, but I understand that’s not always applicable.  Hopefully that helps with the actions you’re trying to complete, we really appreciate you taking the time to let us know what works and doesn’t for you, it helps us shape the product for the future and we’ll take your feedback and discuss it with the team.

Reporting Customisation – Some of the reporting features feel a bit rigid. It would be helpful to have more flexibility in tailoring reports to specific team or leadership needs without relying on external tools.

Mobile Functionality – While the desktop experience is excellent, the mobile interface could be more responsive and fully featured for users who prefer accessing the platform on the go.

I like how you put your objectives in and plot how you are doing against them with comments through the year.  It allows you to stay on top of them and be mindful of them.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

The submission of a team members ratings is not at all intuitive - no one I spoke to within the organisation I work for realised that this had to be done in order for the review to be complete, it needs to be made more obvious.

It would also be good if the system could email you when an objective became overdue or even just reminders about logging into the system , say every quarter, to update your progress against objectives.

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its much easier to use than the previous system we had and it allows us to track objectives and measure performance on them through the year which previously wasnt visible.

The ease with which I can type responses into usefully locateed boxes. The ease with which I can edit typed material. The flexiblity of settinglonger term targets and shorter term tasks. The ability to give feedback across the institution. The generally simple presentation on screen.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

It is not always intuitive and it can be difficult to locate archived material or to reproduce (clone) targets over consecutive years. Archvied material is not always stored in a recognisable order. It is not simple to clone archived targets. The procedure for quarterly check-ins is not intuitive. Although, now that I know how to access data across the member of staff's perfomance, feedback, and targets within a review, it makes for a very rapid and complete assessment of performance - with a site for recording discussions around this.

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perofrmance and Talent enables me to demonstrate the at times nebulous and hidden work of my staff to my superiors. It enables me to show how multiple tasks and targets are interrelated and therefore how the member of staff is fulfilling short, mid-term, and longer goals by adapting tasks and outputs across roles.

Helps me deliver a structured and actions orientated review process with my direct reports.
We can share notes and action updates and when there is a line management transfer there is a history that goes with employees.
I really like the features that enable anyone inside and outside the organisation to offer feedback. Praise and recognition is a great motivator

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

I would like to be able to add common performance objectives to me team and their teams as it is a little unwieldy adding in the objectives and when they are common in an organsiation or an organisational sub-group having potentially a 100 people add in the same thing when it could be cascaded down would be much more efficient

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

previously performance review was a variable activity dependant on the line manager who is running it. P and T really helps structure the process and deliver an agreed standard across my organisation, with structured conversations and a clear action setting and reporting function

Setting targets and the reminders to mark a completed.  It's very user friendly for me and the team to view the same documents that have been uploaded during past coversations.  This makes performance development and team switching easier as performance records can be easily switched to a new manager.  It's great that I can upload everything that I need in one place instead of holding files and folder on a singular laptop, but also can format to print from the locker too.

I also enjoy how I can see feedback left by other employees for other employees.  It's nice to see colleagues showing eachother some love!  as this is rolled out across the business, I have been able to search for colleagues that I don't work with directly, nor have had any face to face coverstions with and leave them feedback when they have helped me or when I received great feedback from my friends and family on a flight they have taken, I can leave the crew that excellent feedback on the locker.  This is an inspired idea and is  lovely thing to be able to do!

I would like to see the 121 in the objective page rather than conversations page as it's during these meetings that targets are set.

Performance and Talent is a fantastic system. It’s a one stop shop for helping yourself and your team (if you manage one) to grow and develop personally and professionally. I love that I can support my team to set objectives and keep track of these. There are different meeting types you can schedule with your team members which is great such as wellbeing check ins and regular catchups. 

I have to say, my favourite feature is the feedback section where I can give and receive feedback from colleagues. This really helps me, and my team gain more motivation. 

Id 100% recommend this platform to any business who is thinking about introducing a performance management system.

I believe it would be useful to have a dedicated space for keeping notes in relation to specific meetings and dates aligned to that meeting. A shared notes section visible to managers and employees would be fab.

The system lets me log my own and my team’s objectives. This helps myself and my team stay focused and work towards achieving goals. My objectives feed down to my team’s objectives. Having clear objectives with tasks and deadlines helps me to prioritise my workload and what’s more important. I don’t often hear about the good work my team do, so to see the feedback their colleagues leave for them is incredible. I love the feedback element.

I love that Performance and talent has an individual box for each type of feedback (positive feedback, things to improve, etc).
Almost every tab on the webpage is easy to understand and useful to have clarity about how performance reviews work.
I like that you have periodic reminders about how often is recomended to give/receive feedback so you're continously involved with the process.
I find valuable that each box contains thought-provoking questions to make it easier to find the proper words to express how you feel/how you find working with someone. 
Another thing I like about it is that all feedback can be requested through the platform which makes easier to involve the whole team!
I find the platform very user friendly to all type of organizations.

I think that the thing I dislike the most about the platform is the Actions tab, not because it is not useful but because it is unclear what it is about and I find it really similar to the Objectives tab.

I didn't know there was a customer support tab because it is unclear where to find it.

Some people may find feedback difficult to give or to receive so this platform really simplifies the process is it gives you guidence and support through the whole process.

"Conversations" functionality is great for keeping records of regular meetings and 1-to-1s, thanks to it's integration with Microsoft Teams and clear UI. It's easy to write up notes after a discussion and ensure everyone involved has a copy, and then as necessary summarise historic records.

Loading new screens is quite slow, and managing large teams is more awkward due to how records and functionality is split up by each team member rather than being available collectively.

Implements an easy to use and streamlined way of assigning key tasks to colleagues. The ability for people to both be assigned objectives, as well as initiate the addition of objectives from the managee side is helpful in my workplace. 
Feedback feature has proven to be a morale booster, as well as a constructive critisicm tool.

It's quick and easy to ask for, give and receive feedback. It allows you to break down and clearly record all your goals and put them into a single place so you can easily update them throughput the performance lifecycle and reminds you when they're due. It's also now integrated into Teams so you can give feedback quickly while it's still in your mind, before you forget.

I don't really have anything negative to say about Clear Review, although I haven't used it as a line manager. The blue 'target' icon used to add new objectives is pretty obscure though.

End of year performance measurement and the decisions based on it has been a constant pain point wherever I've worked. I think this software lessens that pain considerably.

I've used Performance & Talent in a couple of different organisations now and I'm happy with the software and its capability overall. I find its easy enough to manage users through the CSV uploads. We're yet to link it to our HR system, which would likely make this even easier.
There are many features which all look useful, but adoption could be improved in both places I've used the system. More frequent "how to" sessions provided by one-advanced would be welcome, aimed at both managers and individual contributors.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

The difference between convesations and actions could be made clearer.
Also, collaborated priorities can only be updated by the person that has created the priority and not one of the collaborators. Changing this, with an audit trail of who did what, would be useful.

We predominantly use the system for our end of year review process, and providing a platform for managers to record conversations which help with goal setting and performance management.

I really appreciate using a platform that allows me to record meetings with my team, give feedback, and set objectives, as it fosters clear communication and accountability. Having everything in one place ensures everyone stays aligned, and the ability to revisit recorded discussions helps avoid misunderstandings and supports continuous improvement. It also streamlines the process of tracking progress toward goals, creating a collaborative and transparent environment where everyone can thrive.

I think the only thing that I  'dislike' or a suggestion for improvement would be that if someone who reports to me recives feedback, I dont get a notification/email about this. I'd like to proactively be able to congratulate great feedback when recieved, but I dont have the capacity to manually check all of my reports on a regular basis to see if they have recieved anything

This platform solves several challenges for me by centralising communication and goal-setting in one place. It eliminates the hassle of tracking feedback and objectives across multiple tools/spreadsheets/emails, ensuring nothing gets lostd. **What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

Since becoming integrated into our management infrastructure, I have found P&T's 'ClearReview' of both effective and efficient benefit to my daily workings as a people manager. Easy to use as both a manager and a staff member, implementation of the system has been particularly effective due to the intuitive user interface, diverse purposes (e.g. supporting both compliance and more 'personal' wellbeing focused conversation) as well as its overall intent being to move performance management from an annual to a regular task. The system is something I use frequently, multiple times a day (!) and I wholeheartedly recommend to an organisation considering it's integration.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

Despite meeting almost all purposes I require as a line manager, I do sometimes feel that conversations with my staff 'blend' between compliance and wellbeing, purpose a 'tick box' approach towards types of meeting/conversation could be integrated?

Unifying different aspects of being a people manager (e.g. 1:1 record keeping, objective setting etc) into one system that allows for the ease of information/communication to both myself and my staff.

The simplicity of the tool- for example, adding meetings of any type is simple; adding objective (performance stuff) is simple, especially the "team objectives".

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

Massive bug-bear is being on the day of the conversation - this is not a "past event", the filter seems to be "day" and not time, so "today's" meeting as an example is in "past" conversations.  Once you know about this bug, you can find the conversation you are looking for.

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previous years was all paper based, or electronic documents in MS Word. This product allows an online SaaS tool to enter 1-2-1's, catch-up and performance conversations that can if you want link to each other.

The frequent summary of the team and the reminder prompts sent to my email for the regular scheduled meetings, feedback and other team management activities are very useful. I  find the meeting notes part of the system a helpful reference record. You can also see trends from the feedback records.

I sometimes strugle to get to the right page for quarterly reviews. Some notes related to specific objectives/priorities are not recorded next to the relevant objectives but in general notes

As a hiring manager, I really like the weekly reminders to provide feedback to your team. This enables the regular giving of feedback and makes it easier to complete mid and end of year reviews when they come around.

That we need to schedule in our mid-year review meeting via outlook calendar as this is not supported via the Clear Review system.

We had a very manual and complex performance management process prior to clear review and now it is automated and much more user friendly.
