**What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

OneAdvanced is easy to use and provides a practical way to manage goals, performance reviews, and development plans in one place. It helps managers and employees stay aligned, track progress, and have more productive performance discussions throughout the year.
The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for new users. The only area I would improve is the Portuguese translation, as some terms and labels can be unclear for users who are not comfortable with English. Overall, it delivers a positive and user-friendly experience.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

The biggest area for improvement is the Portuguese translation, as some terms and labels can be confusing for non-English speakers. I would also like to see a bit more flexibility in reports and customization options. Other than that, the platform is easy to use and works well for managing performance and development processes.

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneAdvanced helps us keep goals, performance reviews, and development plans organized in one place. It gives managers and employees better visibility of progress and makes performance discussions more structured and consistent.

**What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

Alongside progressing my own career, I also act as the career coach for four junior members of my team. The user interface is smooth and streamlined, with clear menus, and the system integrates well with our own programs. Website performance is fast and doesn’t lag, which helps us provide clear, concise feedback to members of our team. Pricing feels competitive and affordable for the company. While I haven’t yet needed to use the support or onboarding features, they’re clearly labelled and easy to find for when I do. The AI assistance responds quickly to queries and provides professional-sounding replies.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

Some of the subfolders aren’t as easy to access as I’d like. It would be really helpful if all the menu links could be available in a dropdown on the main front page, please.

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving system enables our firm to bring our people together, identify our strengths, weaknesses, and future goals, and align them with the challenges ahead so we can continue growing as a company.

**What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

I like how easy it is to see that all colleagues’ objectives are aligned with the commitments in our corporate plan. I also appreciate the visibility it gives me into my own development, my team’s development, and the reporting across the wider business as well.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

Nothing in particular to add. It’s been a great help ever since we implemented it, and it has made things easier for us overall.

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously had patchy commitment across the business when it came to documenting performance, and this has completely revolutionised that. It’s really helping to move the dial on how important it is to have good-quality developmental conversations happening regularly across all of our teams.

  ### 4. Intuitive Dashboard and Better Check-Ins, but Objective Approvals Take More Effort

**What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

It facilitates regular conversation between managers and staff, rather than annually, which is better practice and helps make objectives clear. Overall, it's reasonably intuitive to use - the new dashboard is useful as it gives a summary of what needs doing.

The link from the system to our internal guidance on performance management is a good refinement. 

The ability to export activity over periods of time has been very useful to me when updating my CV, CPD records etc.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

The recent upgrade removed the ability to edit all your objectives and send them for approval, which is a backwards step in my opinion. It's more work to send them individually and as a manager it's overwhelming to get multiple emails at once.

Feedback is a good idea in principle but is not brilliantly used here. I think that's probably more of a cultural issue than the tool.

The viewpoints function I find problematic because you can only give a narrative comment on what someone does badly, not what they do well. I don't think this encourages a great reflection process. Personally I wish it could have a preliminary step where it asks employees to submit a reflection of their performance/activity over the last period, which managers can use to refine their own ratings.

Helping me understand what my staff are working on, how they are performing and where I can help them develop further. I'm just a manager not in HR so can't comment further.

**What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

I like OneAdvanced Performance and Talent's user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate and use. I also appreciate the ability to add detailed notes about how I feel I'm meeting my objectives and targets. Additionally, the ease of initial setup with my single sign-on account is a big plus, as it allowed me straight access without any hassle.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

It would be beneficial if you could add documents to the platform to help justify how you meet the objectives and to build up evidence. Integration of meetings with Teams or Zoom would be helpful too. Instead of duplicating work by then setting up a virtual meeting on another platform after recording it on here.

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use OneAdvanced Performance and Talent to centralize my performance management, track objectives, and schedule meetings. It simplifies everything by putting it all in one place.

We’ve recently introduced rich text fields to help you build better evidence for your objectives. You can now add images directly into the text fields for visual context and link to documents hosted on your preferred document storage platform.

Meeting Integrations
To help reduce duplicated work, we want to ensure you're getting the most out of our existing tools. We already offer integrations for Microsoft Teams and Outlook to help you set up meetings directly through our 'Conversations' feature. Please check our help documentation or reach out to our dedicated support team for more information on getting these set up. Additionally, we will consider Zoom integration as a future enhancement to the platform.

**What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

I use OneAdvanced Performance and Talent for monthly check-in meetings and yearly priorities. What I like the most is the UX, which is very easy to read and understand. It's incredibly easy to find what I'm looking for, and this is done amazingly. The new look is also amazing! Unlike other websites and applications I've used that were hard to navigate, OneAdvanced makes it easy to manage my yearly priorities effectively. I was able to save my work and come back to it, allowing me to finalize and get my priorities approved on time. The setup was very easy, and my manager walked me through it in just 30 minutes.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

**What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

It helps me document my goals and keep track of my progress over time. i can click on the 'objectives' drop down and look at my goals as well as adjust them if need be. I can also look at feedback provided to me, given to others as well as requests sent and received. This allows me to monitor my performance against company KPIs.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

The help menu always loads up when logging in but this is more about finding a way to disable it rather than a dislike.

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My goals and objectives are much easier to document and I can prepare more easily for performance reviews.

I like that OneAdvanced Performance and Talent gives us one place to record meetings and updates, and measure progress. It helps the business to track our progress toward targets. I think it does what it sets out to do.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

We only use it for objectives and feedback and because of this it can be an afterthought to log in and use. If it was more embedded in other processes I think it would get more use overall.

OneAdvanced Performance and Talent gives us a place to record meetings and updates, measure progress, and track progress towards targets, helping the business set objectives and share feedback.

**What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

I find it easy to use as a people manager - getting set up on the system to be able to manage my team's performance was simple and quick. I check in quite frequently with my team, and the platform provides a good way to track progress against objectives. It works well alongside other systems. I've never had any issues!

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

In teams where a single objective might sit with multiple team members, it would be great to be able to share one objective between two or more people to help understand how everyone contributes towards a goal.

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to easily track progress against objectives - it's helpful that both my teams members and I can make updates to understand performance, and it helps them to feel engaged with their targets.

**What do you like best about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

Connect is a useful tool for keeping track of everything that has happened with a particular team member. It makes it simple to store all relevant information in one place and to create Personal Development plans, allowing colleagues to monitor their goals and envision where they want to be in one, two, or even five years. The process of giving and requesting feedback is straightforward, and this feedback can contribute to your end-of-year review, where you receive a grade. Integrating Connect with a team member is also easy, ensuring they understand the importance of recording everything in the system, which benefits both us and others who need visibility. In my role, we use Connect regularly—sometimes monthly, sometimes daily—to ensure we capture all necessary information. When we need support with Connect, we know where to turn, even though there are times we don't use it as frequently as we should. its also easy to implement connect into the team.

**What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Performance and Talent?**

At times, I find Connect confusing, especially when it comes to knowing where we should track specific information. For example, when we have a new starter, we don't set objectives until the person has completed their probation, so it's unclear whether everything needs to be entered into Connect during that period. I only recently discovered that Connect is supposed to be used for everything, from weekly chats to probation discussions, to ensure all aspects are documented in case we ever need to justify dismissing a team member.

**What problems is OneAdvanced Performance and Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us to keep members on track if they have a risk event against them or a complaint was made against them as it helps to keep them accountable for the issues that has happened. It also helps us to track everything good that has happened even about ourselves with what we have helped with and what we have achieved. It helps that when you help someone from a different department they will tend to leave feedback about your help.
