The CSEs truly integrate into the customer's organization and culture, which drives stronger alignment and influences the product roadmap in meaningful ways. I appreciate the true joint partnerships they create rather than transactional relationships. The experience of rolling out PeopleGlass was almost seamless, layering on top of our CRM. We helped co-create our forecasting module, and the partnership was incredible. Soon, People.ai will integrate into our internal AI assistant that the entire organization will use, not just sales.
