We recently asked for a demo and we had a phone call with the VP of sales.
After explaining our business project we were dismissed by them because he just assumed that we were not going to be successful, we were going to be frustrated with the implementation process, we would not understand the work necessary to get the system ready and that it is a cost we cannot sustain.
Despite being in this industry for over 25 years and implemented many software for small and very large international corporations with hundreds of employees and currently selling millions of dollars of international trips each year, they decided that we cannot use their system because we wanted to have only 2 users at the beginning to test it and they assumed we are a small company.
