"Not a great experience"

What do you like best?

It supposed to be a good software but you can't buy it if you are not approved by them.

It looks like they have all the features we wanted for our organization.

What do you dislike?

We recently asked for a demo and we had a phone call with the VP of sales.

After explaining our business project we were dismissed by them because he just assumed that we were not going to be successful, we were going to be frustrated with the implementation process, we would not understand the work necessary to get the system ready and that it is a cost we cannot sustain.

Despite being in this industry for over 25 years and implemented many software for small and very large international corporations with hundreds of employees and currently selling millions of dollars of international trips each year, they decided that we cannot use their system because we wanted to have only 2 users at the beginning to test it and they assumed we are a small company.

Recommendations to others considering the product

They have good clients, some of them are even our customers, but if you don't fit into they client profile, they wont' work with you and they just assumed that we were not good enough for them i guess.

"One-stop-shop for customized logistics"

What do you like best?

PEAK 15 has enabled us to streamline the booking process for our customized trips. We have been able to deliver higher-quality, customized itineraries, complete with detailed schedules, directions, and contact information to our clients without wasting time. As with any software, the support team is what makes or breaks its usefulness; PEAK 15's team has been absolutely fantastic in my past experience! I very much recommend PEAK 15 to anyone searching for a well-built tour operator software.

What do you dislike?

The user interface is not always the most intuitive. I'm not much of a computer guy, so found myself consulting my coworkers and online resources. Also the software license is expensive and my company chose not to continue use due to the high cost burden.

Recommendations to others considering the product

As long as cost is not the primary concern and you're willing to put in the time to learn how to properly use all of the software's functionality, PEAK 15 could be a powerful addition to your guiding business

PEAK 15 has helped us with booking, creating itineraries, and registering individuals. It has saved our staff time on menial, repetitive administrative tasks.

"Great customer management!"

What do you like best?

The customer management and planning, plus integrations

What do you dislike?

I'm not a huge fan of the marketing / cross comparison of the available bookings for example. This could be improved.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If your business needs true "Tour Operator" software and management.. you must at least trial it and give it an evaluation yourself. It's worth the time if nothing else. I would generally recommend it for the right companies in the right industries.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Trip planning overall.. it just works! Combined with customer management it is streamlined and greatly improved our internal processes.
