## About PEAK 15
PEAK 15 Systems is a cloud-based platform built specifically for multi-day tour operators. Since 2005, PEAK 15 Systems has connected trip planning, CRM, operations, and accounting in one system of record, replacing spreadsheets and disconnected tools for tour operators, adventure and expedition companies, leisure travel agencies, inbound operators, and DMCs. Its configurable automation adapts to each operator's own business rules, so task assignment, payment reminders, document collection, and confirmations run against actual processes rather than forcing operators to conform to the software. Built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, PEAK 15 is API-first, connecting natively to tools like HubSpot, QuickBooks, RightRez (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport), Power BI, and Stripe. Every subscription includes hands-on support, training, and account management, a level of post-sale partnership that horizontal CRMs and legacy travel systems rarely match. PEAK 15 Systems serves clients across the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand, and is a member of USTOA, NTA, ATTA, and the Adventure Travel Conservation Fund.

**What do you like best about PEAK 15?**

PEAK 15 has enabled us to streamline the booking process for our customized trips. We have been able to deliver higher-quality, customized itineraries, complete with detailed schedules, directions, and contact information to our clients without wasting time. As with any software, the support team is what makes or breaks its usefulness; PEAK 15's team has been absolutely fantastic in my past experience! I very much recommend PEAK 15 to anyone searching for a well-built tour operator software.

**What do you dislike about PEAK 15?**

The user interface is not always the most intuitive. I'm not much of a computer guy, so found myself consulting my coworkers and online resources. Also the software license is expensive and my company chose not to continue use due to the high cost burden.

**Recommendations to others considering PEAK 15:**

As long as cost is not the primary concern and you're willing to put in the time to learn how to properly use all of the software's functionality, PEAK 15 could be a powerful addition to your guiding business 

**What problems is PEAK 15 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PEAK 15 has helped us with booking, creating itineraries, and registering individuals. It has saved our staff time on menial, repetitive administrative tasks.
