I selected PayorCRM because we required a customer portal that allows our clients to log in and access their invoices. This service is also automated, syncing directly with our QuickBooks and emailing invoices to our clients. It includes customization options for the emails that contain the invoices, enabling me to send messages to the clients and set it as the default so that all clients receive the message. The implementation process was straightforward, and it is utilized on a daily basis. It provides a customer portal, automates the sending of invoices, includes a payment option, and displays the invoice history. Customer support is accessible to both us and our clients. This was so easy to intergrate with our QuickBooks system, and as a plus did not slow down our software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike, is that customer service is on a different time zone than we are, and having to send an email instead of a chat feature means we have to wait for a solution to any issues we might have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
