What do you like best about PatientNow?

It’s pretty easy to use and learn. It has many functions that are great for a med spa. This system allows us to schedule and build packages that suit our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PatientNow?

The concept and features sounded promising. I liked the idea of an all-in-one EMR platform that could manage patient intake, scheduling, documentation, and communication in one place. On paper, it looked like it could really streamline the workflow for a growing practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PatientNow?

The user interface is clunky, unintuitive, and often requires too many steps for basic functions. Even more disappointing was the lack of effective customer support—requests for help were met with long delays or generic responses that didn’t address the actual problems. When I tried to cancel due to ongoing dissatisfaction, I was told I missed the cancellation window, with no consideration for the issues I had raised repeatedly.
