Note that our company served as design leads for PathPro's website, PathPro.co, so there may be a small buit of bias here, but we've actually started using the product as well and our team is extreemely impressed. PathPro focuses more on those actively selling a product. So, customer feedback collection, tagging suggestions for reference, feature voting, and public roadmaps are standout features. These features can be placed on the front-end of a website and enable direct interaction from a product's customers, while also having a backend/admin portion focused more on the nitty-gritty task management. Ease of use is also a clear focus: It's extreemely simple to setup and literally every feature is accessible with a single click, so the goal was clearly to simplify the experience for more "casual" users versus developers/programmers. The team clearly has a lot in store and we're excited to see where it goes! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Though there are a ton of features, PathPro focuses on a simplified, intuitive user experience versus including "everything and the kitch sink" like similar products. However they are very transparent on their upcoming features, and there are a lot on the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
