## About PathPro
PathPro is a community-driven project management tool that focuses on collecting customer suggestions, feedback, and ideas, and putting them directly into the production pipeline. Unlike similar project management tools, PathPro takes a community-first approach, with the primary goal to empower product developers to validate ideas before spending time and money putting them in development. Product managers/developers will finally rest easy knowing exactly what features to work on next by validating it with those actively using their product (their customers). In the meantime, they&#39;ll collaborate with their team, tag community suggestions for later reference, and gather ongoing analytics from their community. All this while keeping tasks organized, and customers informed via robust public roadmaps and more.

**What do you like best about PathPro?**

Note that our company served as design leads for PathPro's website, PathPro.co, so there may be a small buit of bias here, but we've actually started using the product as well and our team is extreemely impressed. PathPro focuses more on those actively selling a product. So, customer feedback collection, tagging suggestions for reference, feature voting, and public roadmaps are standout features. These features can be placed on the front-end of a website and enable direct interaction from a product's customers, while also having a backend/admin portion focused more on the nitty-gritty task management. Ease of use is also a clear focus: It's extreemely simple to setup and literally every feature is accessible with a single click, so the goal was clearly to simplify the experience for more "casual" users versus developers/programmers. The team clearly has a lot in store and we're excited to see where it goes!

**What do you dislike about PathPro?**

Though there are a ton of features, PathPro focuses on a simplified, intuitive user experience versus including "everything and the kitch sink" like similar products. However they are very transparent on their upcoming features, and there are a lot on the way.

**What problems is PathPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a development company that not only sells software-based products, but manage onoging client projects. Though it's clear that PathPro is focused more on Product Management, it is also very well suited to remote team based work. We keep tasks organized on a focused timeline that can be viewed directly by our clients, and they can also join the discussion, or simply add notes to each task. This keeps the ongoing ideas (which always come up during the development process) organized and tagged to the actual task they relate to. So, though it's focused on customers that are using a product, it translates perfectly to clients as we BUILD their product.

**What do you like best about PathPro?**

PathPro's intuitive interface stands out, making it remarkably easy for both my team and our community members to navigate. The platform allows us to organize feedback efficiently, ensuring that no valuable insight is lost in the noise. Seeing the direct correlation between user feedback and our roadmap adjustments has been incredibly rewarding.

**What do you dislike about PathPro?**

Looking forward to the mobile app for iPhone for reviewing feedback on th go.

**What problems is PathPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perhaps what I appreciate most is how PathPro has enabled us to build a stronger, more engaged community. Our users see their feedback leading to real changes, fostering a sense of ownership and loyalty towards our product.
