## MeetingPulse Reviews
  ### 1. Perfect for all kinds of events!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica M. | Marketing Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

I can register people for my events, even if it is 15-20 people. I can use the same meeting pulse session to show the full agenda and open up Q&A. The QR code makes it really easy for us to email access ahead of time, if it is an evening event like a gala dinner we can have driving direction, parking information and other event venue data that we usually would have to send in separate emails. At some of our events we actually use the photo gallery feature to take and share pictures. We also use the raffle to give out prizes and short forms for people to request transportation. It is a pretty good all in one system for managing an event on one platform. Going to try it at our trade shows.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

Nothing really, so far. It is working much better than expected for more than we thought.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The QR code makes it really easy for us to email access ahead of time, if it is an evening event like a gala dinner we can have driving direction, parking information and other event venue data that we usually would have to send in separate emails.

  ### 2. Solid Tool

**Reviewed by:** Scott H. | CMO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2025

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

Reliability. I can turn my attention to the actual conference.

The ability to run live polls, Q&A sessions, and surveys has enhanced how we gather feedback and make decisions on the spot.

Customer support has been responsive and knowledgeable

It’s easy enough for most team members to use without much training. The web access works well and allows participants to join from anywhere without having to download.

Overall, it’s a reliable solution for improving feedback

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

MeetingPulse has a bit of a learning curve for some of the more advanced features, which can require extra time to fully utilize.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Utilizing multiple feedback tools at once, and gathering feedback for quick decision making

  ### 3. Effortless Engagement for Small Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anne-Marie H. | Digital Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2025

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

I don’t have a big IT team or tons of time to train people, so the fact that MeetingPulse works instantly in a browser with no downloads is a huge plus. We’ve used it for live polls, Q&A, and feedback during client webinars and internal meetings, and the engagement is next-level.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

None. e

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With live polling, Q&As, and feedback tools, I can keep my team and clients actively involved even during virtual presentations. That real-time interaction makes meetings more productive and everyone feels heard.

  ### 4. Great for small group meetings/presentations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** LaToya B. | Associate Director of Rec Programming, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2022

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

Since we have monthly meetings with each department, I appreciate that there are different ways to run your meeting. The live polling is impressive, but it's great to change up and insert quizzes or leaderboards to promote a little competition.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

MeetingPulse works well when we parse out our student employees by department. But if we wanted to have an all-staff meeting, we would not be able to use this option with the free plan. We don't meet often enough during the year to make it worth purchasing a small business plan, so we get our use in small groups.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We tend to survey and assess our students so often that they avoid us if we come towards them with paper or a tablet in hand. While the students are having fun using MeetingPulse, we are using it as an informal way to survey our students. It ends up being a win-win.

  ### 5. Meeting Pulse really provides it all!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2022

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

I love that there are live polls and questions. Top-used features for my team! We love to see how we can engage during live events since we are a fully remote organization. Having a Qr to share is also a great feature rather than only having a link. I looked at many other platforms like Meeting Pulse, but they have the best to offer.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

Love mostly everything about it and would love to be able to customize the link name without the need for the upgrade, but it's a slight loss. It is still nice that it is even an option if needed.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meeting Pulse solves the problem of what people in our organization can agree on. Great to see what questions are being upvoted. It's also so great to be able to choose anonymous mode. People are free to ask with out pressure.

  ### 6. MeetingPulse brings webinars to the next level

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julian M. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2022

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

The functionalities of MeetingPulse are very statisfying and easy to use. What impressed me most is the easy setup of a meeting

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

I like the app a lot but it would be nice if one could change the UX a bit like changing colours and fonts to adapt the meeting more to the audience.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MeetingPulse is solving the issue of having a dynamic online meeting format with a QR code you could share on your slides or handouts

  ### 7. Solid interface and features with free account

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2022

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

It's free! And the basic account provides all of the essential engagement features you'd need to run a successful workshop. Compared to other options, this had the most robust feature-list for the free account.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

It can be a bit slow at times rendering results or when you use it through your Zoom platform. I struggle to know if participants can see the same screen as me. I'd say sharing results is the most difficult thing I struggle with, I sometimes skip to the next question too soon.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me increase engagement during live workshops, making them more interactive and less boring. I was looking for a solution to the problem of boring presentations and this was it.

  ### 8. easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haley P. | researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2022

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

I like that I could directly insert my polls and questions into power-point slides and get audience responses in real time

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

sometimes i experienced glitches in my slides involving the links, it is also very expensive

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows for members to brain storm and comment on ideas in real time during meetings virtually and in person

  ### 9. the only profesonial voting/qa system with an API (that i know of)

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ziv i. | it project manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2022

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

1. very stable system
2. great api to create your own custom experience
3. A lot of features
4. very good support

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

1. video services support could be better
2. the projection of results should look nicer

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we use meeting pulse for all of our hybrid/virtual/f2f events, for voting, chat, and q&a

  ### 10. Simple to implement, effective in capturing our audience reactions and intentions.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2022

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

The timeline showing audience reactions across the duration of the meeting is invaluable when judging the audience sentiment toward ideas being presented. Getting real-time, on-screen feedback allows the participants to emote on what is being presented and allow the presenters to incorporate that feedback into their performance.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

No dislike per se. A video overlay layering the feedback timeline onto the session recording would really facilitate analysis. The ability to annotate and collaborate on the timeline would also speed up debriefing sessions.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MeetingPulse allowed us to immediately gauge participants' reactions to some challenging topics being discussed in a virtual setting. It was essential for us to understand in real-time if our message was being well received.

  ### 11. MeetingPulse helps me and my team manage our livestream events!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2022

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

We like using meetingpulse because it allows us to easily monitor and manage our livestreaming events. We appreciate how easy the system is to use and how intuitive it is for the user.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

There isn't really anything I dislike about it. The system has a lot of different capabilities that allow us to navigate our needs

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use meetingpulse for live streaming evens and it helps us tracks hundreds to thousands of attendees and manage the meeting.

  ### 12. Our go-to for Q&A and Polling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Todd G. | Head of Digital, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

We use MP most for running live Q&A sessions during live-streamed events & panels. It's worked really well for our needs so far, just enough settings (aka hide questions, or allow upvoting) and the back end has been straightforward enough for us to give the keys to our clients and let them moderate without handholding. We've also used it for Polls, which have been easy enough to setup, install and operate as well. There's some light customization you can do (at least at the account level we are on), so you can change this per client (if you work like us with multiple clients) as needed.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

I'd love to be able to apply customization (color/logos) to individual Meetings not just across our whole account. Also would like to see custom emojis in 'Pulse'

**Recommendations to others considering MeetingPulse:**

Easy to try out, so just jump in. We've been really happy with it, simple to set up, no complaints from our end users.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients need live Q&A for the sessions we live stream for them, and this has worked for us. It also lets them moderate for themselves, so we don't have to touch that side.

**Official Response from Cameron Powell:**

> Thanks for your review, Todd, and your great suggestions! We appreciate the thought you put into this.

  ### 13. A go-to for any event/meeting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian S. | Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2022

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

Meeting pulse is really simple to set up and execute. It has been an invaluable piece of our events to gain feedback and use real-time. We've utilized it in corporate DEI training and even as a voting tool for a VR art battle!

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

Not too much. We're probably paying more than how much we use it, but it is a very valuable tool when we do utilize it and does have a lot of features to make for a pretty slick product. Plus, people are going to be on their phones anyways, might as well lean into that.

**Recommendations to others considering MeetingPulse:**

Give it a whirl if you haven't considered this type of tech at your events.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The no log in, easy, short URL to get to the platform is very nice. Literally, anyone of any age or tech background can hop right in. We also utilize QR codes which have made an impressive comeback in the pandemic that people instantly understand how to use.

**Official Response from Cameron Powell:**

> Thanks for your review and comments. It's great to see meetings and events organizers using the platform in creative ways!

  ### 14. Easy to use, simple, intuitive.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2022

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

The ability to have live polls offloaded in meetings where not everyone should be voting.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

How polls automatically submit when clicked. This has caused confusion with some users.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How Zoom allows everyone in the meeting to vote. This allows us to select only those who can vote to vote.

  ### 15. MeetingPulse is perfect for teams!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah F. | Meetings & Marketing Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2022

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

MeetingPulse is very user friendly, easy to set up & great for engagement!

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

I would like more features for the free version such as different type of polls!

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps our company to quickly engage and see results in real-time!

  ### 16. Great product, wish there were more pricing options

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

love being able to do polls and raffles remotely. We often use the cloud feature for engagement and an ice breaker. We also use it for voting on issues which is a great record.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

price point for the features and times we use it - we only need it about 8 times a year but have to pay for it annually and for a large number of users. only use a few times a year. also wish there was a way to do single entry to ensure 1 vote per person.

**Recommendations to others considering MeetingPulse:**

take some time to learn about the different features! there are some good ones but they are not intuitive. make sure participants know how to stay active when using it.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

remote voting for board meetings! It also helps with engagement in general such as ice breakers - we do quizzes for raffle prizes. that is engaging. we also use for ice breakers.

  ### 17. Very easy to use lightweight on demand survey tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2022

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

Easy to use
Easy to share results
Interactive
Reasonably priced

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

Nothing that is critical to my use and needs

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real-time surveys during company meetings and Q&A

  ### 18. Meeting Pulse Works Great!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patricia P. | Program Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

I love how easy and straightforward it was to use. It allowed my company to use several different features to gauge interest. I have not compared it to others, but for a first-time user, it was easy to use!

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

I think any new tool is hard to use at first, and my coworkers were a bit skeptical at first. I think the most challenging part is getting someone on board and making them believe it's anonymous. However, once they became comfortable with the tool, they were on board!

**Recommendations to others considering MeetingPulse:**

I would give it a try and see how it improves the quality of your meetings. I would also ask the participants to provide feedback and see if they feel heard afterward.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We love that it's anonymous votes. We can gauge our meetings prior by seeing how attendees feel when they come to the forum. Also, we love that they can ask live questions and answer what is important to them first. Therefore, not wasting anyone's time!

  ### 19. MeetingPulse has been a great add to our All Hands meetings!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2022

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

I love being able to add my reactions in real time! Lots of fun emojis to choose from.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

I would like to see a few more reaction types.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes All Hands more fun and interactive. I can see how others are feeling as well in real-time.

  ### 20. Easy, Intuitive, Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2022

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

The platform is easy to use and intuitive. The customer success employees are friendly and quick to respond. The surveys can be customized to fit company brand standards.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

I have had to do some practice meetings (non-live, dummy meetings) in order to figure out how all of the features work and how to best utilize the features to their full capability. More training or resources might be helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering MeetingPulse:**

Highly recommend, great tool for gathering honest feedback

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are receiving more and more timely, accurate, and honest employee feedback. We have used the tool enough that employees feel comfortable with MeetingPulse and trust that their answers will stay anonymous. We're also able to track this feedback over longer timelines and see how it's changed.

**Official Response from Cameron Powell:**

> Thank you for this thoughtful feedback! We are working to improve the platform with more intuitive navigation and resources.

  ### 21. Meeting Pulse for All Company Events

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2022

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

Love the realtime data Meeting Pulse can capture during events.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

The interface experience as admin as well as UX could be improved.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's not solving any problems but allowing us to collect real time data, particularly during Q&A sessions.

  ### 22. MeetingPulse has enabled us to run rich virtual events for our staff and clients

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2022

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

Really easy to get up and running by simply creating a meeting and embedding the code into an existing site.
There is a custom module for every need from Polls to Q&A to sharing of meeting files.
The pulse feature is one that gets a lot of use and lets gives the presenting team live feedback throughout the session and required minimal effort from the attendees.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

The single seat account for the premium subscription does limit the functionality. There are multiple occasions where we would like an external moderator to monitor the Q&A or chat and this is currently not possible.
Even a single co-host would greatly improve the user experience, especially during large events where I need to monitor the audio and video as well as overall production, leaving little time to moderate the event.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MeetingPulse allows us to connect people around the country and the globe and encourages active participation in our virtual events

  ### 23. The way to create interactivity with an audience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos C. | General Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

Interactive tools like polling, Q&A, quizzing, and raffles are essential to creating engagement with our audiences during Live streaming events. MeetingPulse implements all those features in a simple interface that is easy for us t manage and our audience to use.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

There are several paid options, but the free option only allows for a single meeting limit and 100 attendees. Expending some of the features and limits on the free version can help small companies realize the potential of using MeetingPulse.

**Recommendations to others considering MeetingPulse:**

MeetingPulse is an excellent tool for virtual live streaming events. Having tools to engage with the audience in real-time, have instant feedback, and gather data while doing the Livestream is essential to our business.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MeetingPulse is indispensable when getting live feedback from our audience. During live streaming sessions, we can pull questions and test the engagement level.

  ### 24. Perfect for a specific need

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike M. | Director of Production, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2022

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

MeetingPulse is great for real-time feedback, making it very easy for an audience to give their insights without the need for an app or other complications

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

The back end of the platform is a bit clunky at times and there have been times when the platform simply does not work

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a platform that would allow our team to give feedback on content while reviewing videos. MeetinPulse allowed for this by giving an easy, unique url

**Official Response from Cameron Powell:**

> Thanks for your review and thoughts, Mike. Have you spoken with customer service about features you haven't been able to get to work? We'd like to help you out with any difficulties you are having!

  ### 25. Awesome product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manish D. | Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2022

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

Emoji based emotional feedback is quite unique

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

Nothing that i can think of currently all good

**Recommendations to others considering MeetingPulse:**

Worth consideration

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real time interaction during the meeting which improves the meeting effectiveness

  ### 26. Excellent tool for transparent and open dialogue

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex F. | Products and Technology, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

MeetingPulse is one of a small number of tools we use at Invitae that has a direct and positive impact on maintaining a culture of transparency, open dialogue, and feedback flowing within the organization. We use it for all-hands meetings and for team meetings, we use it during good times and bad. MeetingPulse helps us ensure that there are no elephants in the room and that all members of the Invitae team feel heard, respected, and a part of something larger than ourselves. Thank you team MeetingPulse!

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

The way we use MeetingPulse is relatively straightforward and it meets our use-case very well. I honestly don't have any dislikes.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensuring everyone in the organization gets to have their questions answered, no matter how charged.

**Official Response from Cameron Powell:**

> Thank you for this thoughtful and encouraging review, Alex! We hope to continue to satisfy your needs with your meetings. Would you be willing to talk sometime about how you use MeetingPulse and how we could make it work even better for you?

  ### 27. MeetingPulse made our Virtual AGM a seamless experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eldon P. | IT Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

The most helpful feature of MeetingPulse was the backend administration user interface. It allows me to turn features off and on with an intutive toggle switches

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

The only thing that I didn't like was displaying the results for the Polls and Survey features. It was confusing to change options such as "seeing the number of respondents who have already voted" while the meeting was live.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem MeetingPulse helped my company resolve was enabling us to have our Annual General Meeting during the Covid-19 pandemic. I work at a credit union, and our by-laws stipulated we must have an AGM annually. Through the use of MeetingPulse, we have gained the added benefit of a larger attendance numbers

  ### 28. Fun features for meeting engagement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

I love the features you can use to make meetings, conferences, events, etc, interactive. The polling, raffle, survey, files, and Q&A features are my favorites. I love that you can integrate it with MS Teams, PowerPoint, and Vimeo. The fact that you get so many options and features on one platform is awesome.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

The pricing structure can be a bit confusing. I wish they had the option for guests to upload photos. I also wish it would work with a texting system easily. The feature options can be a little overwhelming, but only because it can do so much. I wish they had a way to create breakout rooms for Vimeo and link it to Zoom.

**Recommendations to others considering MeetingPulse:**

I would look at all of their different pricing options and pick which works best for what your needs are but you will probably finding you will want to use more modules. I would also recommend thinking outside of the box on how you might use them to engage your audience.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to do live polling for our org during remote all-employee meetings. This is a hard thing to do when you have 2,000+ employees across 30 states. We can use different modules depending on what we would like to do to increase interactivity during events.

**Official Response from Cameron Powell:**

> Thank you for this very thoughtful review!

  ### 29. Its an ok platform

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2022

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

It was easy to access and I know thr price point is more accessible than zoom for instance. I also find that it is easy to join a room if you do not already have an account

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

It was not as seamless as zoom for instance. I think because individuals are used to zoom there was some user lag for using the features. This would suggest this over other platforms but still room for improvement

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to for users to join virtual meetings. I already mentioned that it is more accessible for the price when looking at the credential cost for zoom. So I would say it is good for small teams to meet

**Official Response from Cameron Powell:**

> Thanks for your review. MeetingPulse is not generally a replacement for Zoom but an enhancement for greater engagement and interactivity on Zoom meetings. MeetingPulse actually integrates nicely with Zoom, whether Zoom is brought inside a MeetingPulse browser or a MeetingPulse app allows you to use it right inside of Zoom (or Microsoft Teams or Webex).

  ### 30. Provides a nice interface but difficult to manage

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremiah R. | Senior Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

Meetingpulse is great for trying out new features that you would like to test with your audience. However, there are so many things on the backend that make it a bit difficult to effectively setup polling the way one would like. On the other hand, these features are creative and provide a nice touch that allows one to customize content and really connect with audiences in a unique manner. They have several settings that are easy to use like the quizzes which allows us to ask questions and assess answers. We are able to export results into an Excel file or CSV format which we can then subsequently put into Tableau and evaluate the responses uniquely. The ability to anonymously ask questions is very helpful so that employees do not feel like they are being judged for responses are certain sensitive topics. Meetingpulse is very nice for using timing to make sure we run through meetings in an appropriate amount of time. We like meetingpulse overall and it can be very simple to start up a presentation and start to build slides with questions and moderate question and answer sessions with an audience.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

One of the downsides is that there are several different methods or approaches for trying to do simple things like ask a question. MeetingPulse needs a more effective mechanism for creating quick charts that are simplistic in nature. It is a little bit tricky to set up a presentation with different types of features integration together. For example, it is tricky to have one presentation that allows for certain questions to be anonymized while others may be allow users to be attributable to their responses. Another dislike is that the platform does not integrate with some products directly that we would like it to. It would be nice to have a direct integration with Google slides to present content that is stored in our Google Drive and make it easier to save slides that don't necessarily have to be built in their platform. Ideally, meetingpulse would have a feature that provides an API that allows simple and efficient access to other platforms.

**Recommendations to others considering MeetingPulse:**

I would recommend looking and comparing with other options like ahaslides. There are some similarities in features, but ahaslides does provide some other features like using anonymous and non-anonymous questions across slides which is difficult to do in meetingpulse. We would advise those looking at meetingpulse to try the quick setup features for presentations to understand whether it may work well or not right off the bat. The price works well for the features they provide and the live results are pretty much instantaneous.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use meetingpulse to connect with audiences in a unique manner during presentations but asking thought-provoking questions and getting live, real-time responses. This allows us to cater content material more effectively for future stakeholder interactions.

  ### 31. MeetingPulse let us organized quickly and efficiently customised online eSeminar when COVID started

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

Easy UI
Nice Features
Integration Ability in our WorkFlow with API support
They continuously add features.
Their support has always been quick to answer and fix issue.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

I would love to have more users on our enterprise account without paying the extra $, 4 is not enough.
As we need SSO, we had to go enterprise level without requiring much of the other features.
It might be nice to have an intermediary plan.

**Recommendations to others considering MeetingPulse:**

Try it with the free offer; you'll quickly see that it can be a really useful tool in online and hybrid events organizations.
We knew when we first tested MeetingPulse we had the 30 days money back Guarantee. We ended up renewing our contract for a second year ;)

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed, with covid start, a quick and efficient way to organize online medical seminars.
MeetingPulse has been easy to set up, and we quickly integrated it into our website workflow.
Using it with an iFrame, our clients don't even realize they are using an external service, thanks to the branding we could apply to it.
It was initially a quick fix for our business, but now that physical is getting back, we decided to keep it and continue using it.

  ### 32. Easy to Use and Makes Classrooms More Engaging!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa H. | Graduate Student and Teaching Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

I like being able to have students check in and respond in real time! It helps me keep track of who is actually paying attention in class and who is just physically present.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

Sometimes the students struggle to maintain their log in on the website. I am not sure if it is operator error (I'm sure with college freshman it is)

**Recommendations to others considering MeetingPulse:**

Make sure you play around with the platform before rolling it out to ensure you have a clear understanding of the software!

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the mundane task of taking attendance and wasting classroom time. I am also able to have students ask questions as the lecture goes on without having interruptions, and then am able to reference the bank of questions at the end or send out an email answering all of the questions if time does not permit the coverage after class.

  ### 33. Great resource to engage meeting participants

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shalese C. | Director of Implementation & Premier Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

Simple to set up and simple to use! Excellent interface for the meeting participants and also for the host. I especially love that it has the option to submit questions anonymously.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

The least helpful piece is the data download. Especially the questions, all data is there, just hard to use without manipulation.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to engage a large group of meeting participants was helpful. Also, having the option to allow questions to be submitted, to follow up with them in the tool, and also present them. Our groups have loved how easy it is to stay engaged.

**Official Response from Cameron Powell:**

> Thank you for your feedback, Shalese! We'd love to better understand how we can improve your experience with data download. Feel free to reach out on our site (or to me at Cameron@) so we can get a handle on your needs :)

  ### 34. Paradigm Changing Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

I'm a change management practitioner and an instructional designer. MeetingPulse allows me to compose participatory research and training experiences in the blink of an eye. It's a transformational tool because the respondents are empowered to become analysts and even codesigners through such features as upvoting and comments. It's easy to use; anyone who has a mobile device can engage with it. The back-end design options are also super powerful; I feel like a ton of thought went into the features, and upgrades continue to show a high level of user insight. I'm using it to help my organization upgrade the employee experience through data and social learning.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

There is very little to dislike about this tool. Maybe it would be better if I, as the admin of the licenses, could have some way to view reports of other license-holders without logging in as them. When license-holders leave our organization, I have to jump through a couple of hoops to see how they were using the tool.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When there are remnants of a legacy, adversarial relationship between employees and management, getting data to guide key decisions can be tricky. By inviting the employees to participate in workshops through the Ideas tab, you can truly break free from outdated methods of soliciting information. I'm also using it to spice up otherwise dull learning experiences. By embedding Ideas tab questions into eLearning courses, we turn 1-way communication into interesting, global discussions. This is real social learning rather than lecture, and it improves our net promoter scores.

**Official Response from Cameron Powell:**

> We're very happy to see your thoughts on MeetingPulse and how it has helped you in your important work. Thank you for taking the time, and keep those ideas coming!

  ### 35. Great for on-line teaching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jhon W. G. | Reasercher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

It is ideal for keeping the attention of the audience; it manages to draw out responses from students who typically do not participate in class. Highly recommended for audiences of any level.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

Sometimes it isn't easy to find the option you are looking for, but nothing that a couple of clicks can solve. The free version has some limitations, but it still is a product I enjoy using.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increases student participation, keeps them active and participating in classes/meetings.

  ### 36. Very well thouth through.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick S. | Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

Everything just works. When a client wants to hide something or show something, the button is right there to do so and make it happen quickly.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

Nothing at this time. Meeting Pulse even worked with us personally to achieve the diversity emojis on the pulse option. - Thank you!!!

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits are that most of the options that a client would need for their event is there. Problems solved - not really solving problems, but the tool helps us provide clients with an experience that just works.

  ### 37. Great tool to engage with your audience as well as employees

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evgeny K. | Senior Product Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

We really enjoyed and found a good use of th versetility of enagement tools as they provide great platform to interact with your customers during live events and your collegues during internal meetings

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

There is not much to dislike about MeetingPulse as there are not many similar products on the market and the MeetingPulse team does its job really well by creating a solid versatile product.

**Recommendations to others considering MeetingPulse:**

Start small and expand the knowledge and use cases the tool provides

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had quite a low engagement with our customers during our live events and conferences, so we wanted to introduce a tool that would allow us to make polls and get requests from participants.

  ### 38. Easy to use and excellent functionality!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin B. | Director of Ratio Christi College Prep Lincoln, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

I have used MeetingPulse at conferences as both a participant and an organizer and love the real time updating and upvoting function. Organizing an event on the backend is very user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

When I have used MP, I have not found anything that doesn't work or that I would change; they've developed a fantastic product. I'm a big fan of the platform and plan on using it in the future!

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I have used MeetingPulse, I've observed that it has increased audience engagement and allowed me as the organizer of the event to gauge where the audience is interested.

  ### 39. Great app, highly recommend

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jag S. | Public Servant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

Love the interactive component of the app, live polls and q&a is very useful with clients and colleagues. It is all in one and we could spend hours on it doing things we would normally do in office.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

I wish this product becomes more popular so that I can make use of it with everyone in the business world.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with distance from people who cannot make it to a central location as well as global needs to clients in USA and UK. Business performance has increased as we are able to meet more often and regularly.

  ### 40. MeetingPulse Rocks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim R. | Consumer experience representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

I love that I can use it for a quick online meeting. It is very versatile and interactive. It is also very secure, which is always a welcome change from zoom. Awesome job!

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

I wish everyone at my job would use it more often. Not everybody in my professional realm knows about it. There isn't really anything I dislike about the platform.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has excellent interactive tools and ways to keep meetings fun. I can utilize different features like making a quiz for some work swag or creating a poll too.

**Official Response from Cameron Powell:**

> Thanks for your thoughts, Tim! That's great feedback all around.

  ### 41. Great features for virtual meetings

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shelby J. | Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

During our remote work environment, I missed the ability to brainstorm and collaborate with my employees. Meeting Pulse helped allow that with the Ideas feature.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

I wish it integrated better with Zoom. Perhaps they can collaborate in the future?

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to have our ideation meetings virtually. These meetings are crucial to our annual planning.

  ### 42. Things I like and dislike about Meeting Pulse

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

The ability to have live polling and surveys on top of the scalability of the platform are some things I love about Meeting Pulse. Compared to its competitors, I'd say that it is just a little expensive for the premium package. Other than that, Meeting Pulse beats out its competitors by a mile.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

One thing that I dislike about meeting pulse is that it was challenging to have a second question in a presentation without having a non-presenting laptop to be behind the scenes. Additionally, there are limited options to customize and set up access for teams.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just being able to get quicker response times, making our presentations, meetings, etc. more efficient. The attendee experience is extremely slick, too, as many come up to us afterward to comment on it.

  ### 43. Excellent engagement platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

The feature I like the best is pulse where you can get even virtually a temperature check by session where your attendees are at and what they are feeling. It was really helpful.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

I didn't prefer the lack of ability to use this for other clients as a white-label or other integrations we really needed to make it a more 360 degree platform. It was also very costly to look at those options and the agreement didn't suit us.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had all kinds of problems solved when using MeetingPulse. It was a great platform to engage in such a time when the world was virtual due to the pandemic and it was hard to get a read on where virtual learners were at emotionally during these virtual events.

  ### 44. Best Active Stats for a Meeting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mahkala B. | Human Resources Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

That you could actively see the status of your polls in real time. We had a company-wide meeting and were able to post polls throughout to see what people thought.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

If you accidentally delete users from a meeting, they may lose future ability to participate. I deleted users from our test rounds and had trouble with them accessing the meeting during the actual time.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to monitor the temperature of the group and check on presentation comprehension. Also a good way to keep participant's focus.

  ### 45. Everything working as expected

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

I really enjoy the polling feature, the ease of adding answers so that users can quickly answer.
We use it integrated in our website, works like a charm.
The competition is crap compared to you.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

To be honest, there is not enough flexibility when it comes to adding answers, not so cool but not too bad tbh.
It would also be great if we could add A/B polls.

**Recommendations to others considering MeetingPulse:**

Trusted by leading global corporations and Fortune 100 companies

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to get information from our clients about one of our products and we have embedded it in one of our applications, the data gathering is quite useful and the way you display results make it easy to read.

**Official Response from Cameron Powell:**

> Thanks for your feedback - it's very useful to hear.

  ### 46. Organized Q&A & Brainstorming

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

I appreciate how easy it is to set up a new meeting and have people participate, no sign-in, no verification or validation needed.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

People can get mean behind an anonymous mask and abuse the technology by not being respectful. You could allow the option of not being anonymous

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meeting Pulse is great for brainstorming in a large group when there isn't enough time to give everyone a chance to speak. This allows everyone to be heard without speaking over one another.

  ### 47. Very useful tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

I like the ability to see comments and ideas from multiple people in real time. Also, the upvote function is very cool and has been useful. The ability to generate a report of everything is also a plus.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

I haven't gotten around to using all possible functions so I can't say I dislike anything at this time.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MeetingPulse is helping me aggregate reactions to compile into data sets for clients that have become very useful for the work we do.

  ### 48. Easy to Use!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

The ease at getting thoughts, ideas and suggestions from people using meeting pulse. Saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

So far I have not anything I disliked or had an issue with.

**Recommendations to others considering MeetingPulse:**

Give it a try to see if it will be effective for your business and people working for/with yoiul

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding a way to gather the pulse or ask questions in a way that didn't put off people.

**Official Response from Cameron Powell:**

> Thanks for taking the time to tell people about MeetingPulse! If you'd like ideas about how to use the Pulse sentiment analysis or our other engagement methods, just contact customer service at support@meetingpulse.net. And let us know: what would it take to earn your five-star review?

  ### 49. Useful tool for team meetings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

I've used Meeting Pulse for colleagues to contribute anonymous employee questions during team meetings, like Town Halls or Lunch & Learns. It makes it easy for leaders to see questions during the meeting, and the intuitive interface makes it easy to share with new team members and get everyone up to speed quickly.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

The free version doesn't allow very much customization.

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Colleagues feel safe to ask questions anonymously. It's easy to use and encourages engagement.

  ### 50. Review of Meeting Pulse

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2021

**What do you like best about MeetingPulse?**

emojis were a cool feature (though I wish you could select different skin color types for the smileys and stuff) plus the backend was very clear and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?**

sales team has been pretty disingenuous with pricing, wish it was less expensive. We actually moved exclusively to slido since the pricing made way more sense to use as a production company. I wish there was some sort of plan for single use that was more cost adventageous

**What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run a livestreaming platform and it was great that we could embed it on our site next to our player. People really liked the reactions and the data we get out of it.
