# Which auditing services platforms have strong reliability and uptime ratings based on customer reviews?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I'm comparing firms in<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/auditing-services"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/auditing-services">Auditing Services</a> and trying to work out which ones are the most reliable. For me that comes down to three things: they deliver the report by the date they promised, they keep the same auditor from start to finish, and they get it right the first time. Here are the ones I keep seeing, and I'd like to hear how they held up in practice.</p><ul>

<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/insight-assurance/reviews"><strong>Insight Assurance</strong></a> has the most reviews in this category. A lot of them mention delivering on time and getting the audit right the first time. If you've used them more than once, did that stay true on your second audit?</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/johanson-group/reviews"><strong>Johanson Group</strong></a> is known for a fast turnaround, usually around 4 to 6 weeks, and clients tend to come back for repeat audits. If you've done a few cycles with them, did the timeline hold up each time?</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/decrypt-compliance/reviews"><strong>Decrypt Compliance</strong></a> is known for a fast, AI-assisted process, but it has far fewer reviews so far. If you've worked with them, was delivery as predictable as they promise?</li>

Auditor continuity is the reliability factor that doesn&#39;t show up in ratings at all. A firm that delivers on time but assigns a new auditor each year creates a hidden cost in re-explaining your environment. Johanson Group&#39;s repeat client pattern suggests that piece is holding, which matters as much as the 4 to 6 week turnaround.
