Open Envoy has saved a lot of time in our AP reconciliation process. By being able to automatically match a lot of invoices from the get go, Open Envoy allows us to focus only on those invoices which require additional attention. The AI technology has made it easier for us to identify where discrepencies are coming from, which originally took a lot of time to search for manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are small hiccups here and there, such as the system incorrectly identifying vendors on several occassions. Additionally, sometimes the invoices are slow to come out of a matching status. I love the automated processing of OE. When a job seemlessly is approved and synced through OE it's wonderful. In addition, when OE accurately applies GL codes and reads all the invoices' little notations accurately it makes the whole billing process a lot smoother ! There have been quite a few errors. Including OE having billed some of the jobs incorrectly, mislabelling GL codes, not recognizing that an item is on back order ( and listed as such on the invoice), not applied freight/dropship charges. Automation and quick insights. OpenEnvoy was essential in offloading many manual tasks within our AP department. As our company continues to grow and expand the number of invoices being processed grows with it, which before automation, required the hiring of more personnel. Now growth involves a small amount of onboarding for each new vendor and we are off to the races with them.
