**What do you like best about Coverflex?**

The way that you can easily check your current benefits and upgrade some whenever that option is available (e.g. Health Insurance plan upgrade).

I am a true Coverflex App fan and I use it on a weekly basis to check my account balances, current benefits and also have some associate companies discounts which are super handy!

**What do you dislike about Coverflex?**

Not having the ability to change the meal card PIN in a easy way it's really a annoying thing.

Also, would be wonderful to be able to use this card in other Portuguese payment Apps besides Apple Wallet, like via MBWay!

**What problems is Coverflex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coverflex is the App my employer uses to manage my employee benefits., where I can access and keep track of my meal allowance and health insurance plan. 

I use Coverflex to view all the details related to these perks, and I can also manage my health insurance—like adding family members to the plan.

**What do you like best about Coverflex?**

I love how a simple platform solves complex scenarios.
The platform is super intuitive and offers a lot of flexibility and transparency regarding benefits, allowances and meal cards. I can use my benefits across different categories (health, education, wellness, etc.) and the app, which is super easy to navigate, track spending and manage my wallet in real time.

It's a real added value that makes a difference in how benefits are perceived and used, and ultimately increases your salary through non-taxable benefits. I would highly recommend it to any company looking to modernise their approach to compensation.

**What do you dislike about Coverflex?**

If there's one thing I would like Coverflex to improve, it's the possibility of editing the PIN access for your card.

**What problems is Coverflex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Possibility to use compensation budget across different categories (health, education, wellness, etc.); 
The app is super easy to navigate, track spending and manage my wallet in real time;
It increases your salary through tax deductions (at least for Portuguese users).

**What do you like best about Coverflex?**

The simplicity of use and the variety of available options.

For the company, the application allows for a simple allocation of subsidies to employees and a clear visibility of the added value provided by the use of the service, which exceeds by several orders of magnitude the value of the monthly subscription per user.

For the employee, an application where it is possible to issue childhood or education tickets, submit expenses to the company in a very organized manner, or simply check the available balance.

**What do you dislike about Coverflex?**

Honestly, I can't find anything. Everything works perfectly: product, support, service.

- Control all Flex costs with employees
- Distribute the subsidies in a simple and robust way

**What do you like best about Coverflex?**

From the administrator's point of view:
By assigning a value per employee, they can use it in the categories they prefer. Very user-friendly platform. On/offboarding of employees is very simple and fast. Constantly updated considering the feedback given by customers. Recently implemented data insights are very interesting and useful. Coverflex AI is not yet much explored, but I believe it should also be an asset. Customer support is increasingly automated, but the fact that they keep the option to request human help is very, very useful, as there are several platforms I use personally that have stopped offering human support and it is very irritating when I try to solve a problem. Top-ups are very easy to manage.

From the employee's point of view:
I have already used discounts, for example from Samsung, to buy a phone and the discount was huge. Submitting invoices on the platform for reimbursement is super simple. The reimbursement is fast. The information about exemption for each category is very clear. The meal card works in many establishments.

I see no disadvantages in any of the viewpoints!

Help customize the choice of benefits for the employees. I don't receive many questions from them because the platform is easy to use.

Coverflex is easy to use, comprehensive, intuitive, and the knowledge they share and customer support is best in class. It might be one of the best systems I've ever used. Like they want to make people's lives easier!

Nothing. Everything I try to use the system for works with ease.

**What problems is Coverflex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coverflex makes it easy to manage my benefits, process expenses, the card they issue you for meals is a VISA and can be used anywhere. I've started building my knowledge in investments through the support and knowledge sharing they provide. As someone who has worked in tech and software for the last 15 years, this is the best system I've ever used. They actually make people's lives easier.

Offer a card to new customers and not to old ones (when you add an employee who will be an additional value for you.)

**What do you like best about Coverflex?**

The biggest advantage is the flexibility in using the meal subsidy. I can use it in various types of establishments with the VISA network, not just in partner restaurants (as is the case with competitors), but also in supermarkets — which makes management simpler and more convenient. The application is intuitive, and the loading and payment process is quick. It was easy to implement in the company and the customer support is very friendly.

**What do you dislike about Coverflex?**

I only use the card for the meal allowance, so I don't take advantage of other available benefits. The experience has been very positive. The only less practical points are: when a terminal doesn't accept the card, but these are occasional cases, and the lack of integration with MBWAY.

**What problems is Coverflex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolve the rigidity of traditional meal subsidy methods. With Coverflex, I no longer depend on vouchers or cards limited to certain partner locations. I have more freedom, control everything through the app, and can adapt the usage to my routines and needs. This translates into greater convenience and efficiency in managing my benefits.

We have only recently started using Coverflex, but we are 100% satisfied. Excellent and numerous partners, ease of management, and simplicity in purchases.

**What do you like best about Coverflex?**

I like the ease of use via the browser or app. I don't use them much due to most of the benefits and bonuses being outside of my primary city, but they are there when I need health related services - so my frequency of use isn't much with Coverflex. The ease of integration was pretty straight foward too and so was the ease of implementation of my documents and onboarding.

**What do you dislike about Coverflex?**

The number of features is nice, but I barely use them as they're outside of my city, such as minor benefits, discounts, and other bits & bobs. The customer support was also lacking in being fully "supportive", but was able to get things moving.

**What problems is Coverflex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Health benefits/insurance. Other than that, the perks are highly lacking and not very note worthy unfortunately.

User friendly, very easy to use. Allows us to manage most of our benefits. Service team is overall supportive.
definetely recommend coverflex in comparison with other platforms we demo with, and we have been with coverflex for a more than a year now and we're happy.

**What do you dislike about Coverflex?**

Could have customization fields on benefit categories where each company adds relevant info according to internal policies. For e.g. we have a rule of amount of smartphones you can buy per year (on technology category). People will need to open our internal policy to make sure they are compliant. 
also, there were some serious bugs in the past that could harm RGPD policies but were quickly fixed.

All benefit management overhead that we were having by managing manually benefits. 
Also, on a user perspetive, we can have real time info on balance and categories to apply it

**What do you like best about Coverflex?**

It reduces the menial workload of the HR personnel while it also helps the employees to choose and cherry-pick benefits that are relevant to them and their families. It allows employees to change the benefits as and when required and the same can be tracked from the organisation side also.

**What do you dislike about Coverflex?**

The benefits can be customised and altered according to the level of the employees but the benefit level or fine grain access is missing from the software. Suppose a benefit is only allowed one in quantity to a particular level of employees, the increment button should be disabled after adding 1.

**What problems is Coverflex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coverflex is allowing employees to select the benefits that are relevant to them, which is ultimately improving employee satisfaction and increases retention time. From the organisation or leadership side, they are able to view the most loved benefit and the benefit which receives the least attention. They can change and fine-tune the benefits accordingly.

Coverflex works best for our organization, where the diversity is relatively high concerning age, gender, and socioeconomic background. Compared to legacy solutions like ADP, Coverflex is highly customizable and easy to use for the workforce.

Coverflex may be a little complicated for small organizations to adapt to and get used to. At their current price point, some advanced features may be costly for such organizations and can be avoided.

We were looking for a solution allowing us to administer our basket of benefits per each employee's needs. Our legacy system was too rigid for that, and we were not particularly happy with the reporting and analytics feature of it.
With Coverflex, we now have a customizable and user-friendly compensation management tool that also helps us run different analytics on our payroll data.

Sometimes the benefits are confusing (that may be due to my local laws) and it doesn't work well for small amounts on the benefits plan.

Users are not allowed to change the Coverflex card pin. We get a message with it if we forget, but it would be better if this could be changed for a PIN number chosen by the user
