By assigning a value per employee, they can use it in the categories they prefer. Very user-friendly platform. On/offboarding of employees is very simple and fast. Constantly updated considering the feedback given by customers. Recently implemented data insights are very interesting and useful. Coverflex AI is not yet much explored, but I believe it should also be an asset. Customer support is increasingly automated, but the fact that they keep the option to request human help is very, very useful, as there are several platforms I use personally that have stopped offering human support and it is very irritating when I try to solve a problem. Top-ups are very easy to manage.
