Recognize the need for digital materials for Facilitators and Learners. As an example, the desktop reference guide is fantastic. All concepts in a single source. However, it is only in print form. Sales Representatives are not carrying around tons of paper items anymore and neither are facilitators. It has been explained that it is a matter of protecting IP, however, other vendors provide all materials in digital format and it is helpful for facilitators and learners. We need to take the time to develop skills, motivations, and gratitude within our team. It is not always about the work product itself, but how we get it done. The same aspect that I like best, I also like the least. It does take time - to do it correctly. And we are not always afforded the time depending on work load. It is nice to have it drawn out over weeks so that is we are exceptionally busy one week, we can get caught up the next. I was actually sad to be finished. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Look with an open mind. You may not connect with the reasoning at first, but give it a chance. You and your employees will grow much more than you expect. Two of my team members have gone through the training and WHAT AN IMPROVEMENT! They are both much more in tune with G-VAL-HI now that they have learned even more thru the sessions. The coaching sessions helped with my soft skills - something that through my years of leadership, I never really developoed. I was always work hard, get the job done and there was no time for anything personal. This helped me realize how important the personal side of things really is. The service sessions made me much more grateful for co-workers, customers and vendors. It also gave me the opportunity to shre the lessons with my team. There are tons of sales training companies out there, but Integrity is the only one who addresses both the skills needed to excel in sales and service roles AND the mindset too! It is a game-changer!

Integrity has been around for 50+ years for a reason. Just go with the best and stop wasting money on all the flashy stuff out there that doesn't actually move the needle. Integrity is modern & digital, but also brings a human-side of development that drives actual behavior change and results. They have an amazing group of people who will support you through the initial building of learning paths out all the way through sustainment and continuous coaching and reinforcement.
