"I would Avoid them."

What do you like best about Otuvy?

Pros: The QR codes are a net trick and the main dashboard when you log in is a nice overview. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Otuvy?

Cons: The back end of this thing is a nightmare! All the packages come with training because the back end is such a slog to get customer's input and correct. It gets even worse when you want to do something larger than just a single room you have to make templets and sub templets and jump from screen to screen trying to get everything correct but you still miss things. The second part is this platform is expensive! We paid 7K to start and an average of $260 a month for less than a handful of users. We then looked at rolling it out to all our sites and our monthly fee would have jumped to over $6800. Compare this to its competitor Swept, which uses a flat rate no matter how many users you have and it was a no-brainer to switch. The last F U from cleantelligent was when they wanted to charge us $1000 to cancel ever though we had been with them for 3 years. We are going and never coming back. What do you like best about Otuvy?

I love that our customers always know where we stand with them. It keeps us organized and accountable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Otuvy?

The lack of customer service. Seems like the company has changed because we used to be told that cleantelligent can be creative and custom yet they got rid of all of our custom additions. Our CEO also wrote to the President with some concerns and he never replied back. The level of care has truly dropped. I guess we aren’t big enough of a customer. "Great software for a fast paced work environment"

What do you like best about Otuvy?

Inspections are very detailed

Trends are very helpful

Clients are automatically notified upon completion of the job

It's customizable and that's a huge plus...Off the shelf softwares generally don't allow much creativity but Clean Telligent is very handy with this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Otuvy?

I think interface could be a little more user friendly

Security should be increased

I don't know if they have it in place now but back in the days when I was using it, it didn't allow the finger print authorization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Otuvy:

Improve the graphical Interface

Home screen should have a compilation of everything going on in the background. It does have it and it's not bad but I think more can be done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Otuvy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Work orders were a problem for me before, Clean Telligent takes care of that pretty good

Increases the productivity...Especially for freelancer

I believe it may come in useful for startups too....But I wasn't working for a start up so can't elaborate on that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
