**What do you like best about Swept?**

I like that swept allows are workers to clock in and clock out. It also uses a GEO fence to make sure our workers are onsite and lets us know how far away they are when clocking in and out for their shift. It is very easy to use. I also like that it allows us to put in information and send messages! It also allows us to know when employees need supplies for their buildings!

**What do you dislike about Swept?**

Swept has its issues at time! Sometimes it will be down for a period of time thus not allowing our workers to clock in for their shift. This has caused a nightmare but it rarely happens! I wish they would give us a heads-up that they are working on something so we can let our team know to track their hours a different way for that period of time.

**What problems is Swept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swept allows us to track and bill hours to our customers. This helps with invoicing along with tracking and paying our workers the proper amount. It helps my company save money overall.

**What do you like best about Swept?**

The best thing about swept according to me is that it is instant in its response. It provides janitor service at any moment when we ask for it. The janitors are well trained as well and do their job pretty well. Fast and quality service is the dream of many and swept achieves it.

**What do you dislike about Swept?**

The only issue about swept is that the app glitches a bit. It takes time to enter into the website and ask for the service and it sometimes gets frustrating.

**What problems is Swept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It aims at connecting clients and cleaners. This is what companies need as it provides fast connection with quality service.

**What do you like best about Swept?**

The best thing I like about swept is the level of professionality they maintain in the work and easy scheduling. Also the consumer support is very helpful and consumer oriented.

**What do you dislike about Swept?**

Occassional gliches can be an issue also the availability is limited for certain areas.

**What problems is Swept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swept has helped our furniture store maintain a level of cleanliness for our customers and has helped a lot in increasing sales.

**What do you like best about Swept?**

The best part was customer support - We never felt the hassle of guiding them what all to do. They are definitely the expert in the industry. And the top notch service is a cherry on the top.

**What do you dislike about Swept?**

We booked swept for our office space and they did a pretty good job. No complaints.

**What problems is Swept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a cleaning service for commercial spaces which can get messy in no time. Instead of hiring a full time team, I like their idea of contracting and the price was also according to the market standards.

In Swept we can connect real time communication like message and notification . We can track cleaning supplies , shortages . Multi language support . We can easy manage shifts and cleaners.

The pricing is a bit high for small businesses.

We can track our supplies. We can also manage clear scheduling and time tracking. Real time messaging and managers connect with there them so they reduce misunderstandings in work time .

**What do you like best about Swept?**

The app brings in useful feature under one roof. Its customer support is also helpful. You can do inspection very easily.

**What do you dislike about Swept?**

It can improve on increasing multiple accounts gradually. Sometimes alerts are delayed.

We are able to manage cleaning staff easily and very efficiently.

**What do you like best about Swept?**

Swept allows all our cleaners and managers to be able to communicate efficiently. It allows us to have one place to track all our important client information. Inspections, Communication about products in use and places we've cleaned vs have not cleaned. All together the package is an awesome one to effectively and efficiently run your business. 

**What do you dislike about Swept?**

Every once and a while we will have a glitch or two. But the team over at swept is quick to respond and help you through your problems! They have also been a godsend in regards to feature requests. Any crazy idea we've had they've taken into consideration as far as looking into implementing the idea. 

**Recommendations to others considering Swept:**

I think it is important to look through other competitors and see what you are really getting with swept. Swept is an amazing full featured product that is constantly pushing out new features and an amazing rate! They always have some new feature around the corner that might change the way you do business in the future! I've totally loved using swept for the two and a half years we've had it and I think that will only continue to get better and better as our companies grow together

**What problems is Swept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems managing and communicating with our cleaners and our clients. Having open lines for communication has been an amazing. We also really love having reports that show us great insight. We have been able to use these reports to help communicate with our clients and our investors.

**What do you like best about Swept?**

I can clock in manually when I get to the job site. My boss can see who is on the clock and message all of the workers at that location at once. 

**What do you dislike about Swept?**

It doesn’t tell the employer that you’re actually at that location so people can clock in before they are on site.

If you have any employees going from site to site this is great!

We don’t have to manually write down our hours. It is good for timekeeping.

**What do you like best about Swept?**

Loved the GPS functionality for checking in at sites.

**What do you dislike about Swept?**

Forum to submit enhancement requests. No road map available for clients to see future enhancements.  Company was very suspicious since my online profile did not list cleaning.

**Recommendations to others considering Swept:**

Please make sure your Linkedin profile lists cleaning, otherwise they will think your spying on them. 

**What problems is Swept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None at this time. They deactivated my account thinking I was asking for too much information.
