What do you like best about Launch27?

I like this software so much because it allows me to have a central hub from which to direct my company, there are so many functions integrated in the program that I could eliminate, combine other programs in an inclusive platform that is combined with the optional mobile application to facilitate the functionality . In general Launch27 really improves the daily operation of my company, it is also designed for specific industries so it has the integrated functions designed for those industries. And if the software lacks something and the community requests it then there is a clear process of requesting characteristics that the company, continues to save time and efficiency to have everything in a central location but also in the cloud so that I can access any place I am able to automate so many tasks, which allows me to devote more time to growth or simply to have more free time in general. What do you dislike about Launch27?

You could say that there are some peculiarities and oddities within the mobile site, but there is nothing that the precision of a small finger can handle, there are some subtle programming things that I wish would be a little more customizable but are really specific to my business and I understand, due to the incredible development team it is entirely possible that these things can be added in the future. Even if you have any questions no matter how stupid they may seem the support is there for you, if you have a highly technical question about your API or anything else technical you will get a clear answer. In addition, the software works exactly as planned and has always been done since the first day, but there are times when something may be a little confusing or a new feature may not work as I originally thought. Recommendations to others considering Launch27:

I recommend Launch27 because it is powerful enough to do most of the heavy work of my programming, booking, loading and communicating, however it is not saturated to the point where there are a lot of useless functionalities. The integration of Zapier makes it possible to extend this functionality where necessary and the developers are always making improvements. Apart it significantly reduced the efforts to start my business and has grown along with the business. The automatic functions such as sending by email, recurring reservations and the ability to charge customers from the software are incredible. It provides excellent communication that takes our business to the next level without having to invest in expensive personnel, which would be required to achieve the same effect provided our company with an image of a successful business established from the start. What problems is Launch27 solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me to communicate efficiently and professionally with customers and employees, everything is around the engine of our operations, it has allowed me to grow a business of this kind in a much shorter time than would otherwise have been possible. to almost all the features that are included, email notifications work very well to warn customers about your next reservation and to automatically inform you if there is a problem with your payment method, the metric screen is decent and I'm glad you have although I think there are some ways in which it could be improved. It helps to execute the daily schedule of work and activities, it allows me to concentrate on growing my business instead of operating it since if you have several clients or several field employees in your service company this software will save you time. What do you like best about Launch27?

This tool allows you to control and manage different from your system, creating a work chronogram, based on previously programmed reservations, it is ideal to create a working path for our employees, managing to program the different tasks that must be carried out, daily in our facilities, so you can schedule specific work days for certain types of tasks, where you can determine the main characteristics and tasks to be developed, with this type of system based on reserves, we can give our clients in our hotel,

a tool so that can request a specific type of work in an automatic way, without needing to communicate with the reception, which allows clients to have a greater freedom in their stay, also pay for the means they want, and have their service at the moment they want it. What do you dislike about Launch27?

It has been a quite complex process to implement this system in our establishment, the idea of automating all the types of services of our hotel, through a tool that is based on a reservation system, is an idea, very good, but the implementation of its, has not been easy, we are currently in the development of this system, and we have adopted an average of 60% of our tasks, automated in this system, control all these services from this platform, it is not something as simple as we thought at the beginning. What do you like best about Launch27?

Launch27 makes operating a service-based business 100X easier. They've created an automated platform that is optimized for cleaning/housekeeping services, but customizable to many other service industries. They offer tools like an automated email system, simple customer management, mobile app, customizable booking form, online login system specific to your business. The automated email customizer is pretty limited. They do offer the option of inputting your own code for a custom email; however, the email system edits the code that you place into the editor. I recommend using this. It is helpful if you are tech savvy or work with someone who is tech savvy because there are a lot of times when custom code and tech savviness comes into play because Launch27 hasn't fixed what needs to be fixed (they are probably really busy). What do you like best about Launch27?

The automation of several day-to-day tasks that we were doing manually was worth switching to L27 alone. From follow up emails to reminders, L27 has allowed us to focus on growing the business and not just running it. They are constantly improving it's offering, updating features, and making sure that we're taking advantage of everything it has to offer. What problems is Launch27 solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was wasting a large amount of time emailing clients, following up, calling about declined cards, etc. The odd thing was I never realized how much time that was consuming until the switch. Being able to focus on the things that actually make the business money and improving the business itself are what L27 has allowed me to do. Something that I also love is the dependability of the software and a team that is always making sure things are running smoothly. Instead of spending tens of thousands of dollars creating a custom software that would be less effective and require constant maintenance and improvements, we have one for a very reasonable monthly cost. What do you like best about Launch27?

I love how simple and easy it is to use. I was up and running with the system within minutes of using their trial and by the time the trial expired and I purchased the product I had managed to get everything sorted ready to use. It integrates seamlessly with my website and with a little custom CSS it fits beautifully. In all honestly we expect that this software will be the crux of our business allowing us to stand out above competition in the area we operate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Launch27?

If anything, the price increase for the for the higher packages is a little off putting given that you don't get as much in addition for a quite steep price jump. Definitely something I will be using later on in the life time of the business once we have decided it is the right time to expand into other areas in the country but off putting for a new business that has no choice but to start off small.

I would also like to see updated guides for setting up the custom CSS as, although Launch27 offer this as an additional service, I have the skill to do it myself and wouldn't pay for them to do it on my behalf. Because of the lacking guidelines it took a lot of necessary work on my part to work out which codes would work in order to change certain areas of CSS. if I had any recommendation for Launch27 it would be to improve these help files and guidelines so that many of the frequently asked questions can be solved easily as I know many of mine had to be answered directly by their staff or by other uses of their software on their facebook group. What do you like best about Launch27?

Easy usability and great support network, the software basically does a lot of the jobs the I would usually give to someone else to do, saving me a lot of time and money! I don't need to worry so much about scheduling and customer details as they are all stored on the system which is linked with my website. A lot of the things we would have to do before manually the software now does virtually without any assistance which saves so much time and effort to do other jobs. I am out of office every day, and the software allows my employees to also log in to view, for example, where their next appointment is if they forget without having to bother me. It also allows me to efficiently do multiple jobs all at once in a short period of time, for example, I can take payments from customers, schedule a few jobs and also create a staff schedule in under 15 minutes. I run a laundry valet service and often feel stuck with their service because it’s not on their mind to service my kind of business. They started as a housekeeping company, and even though when I found it they had listed laundry service on their website as one of their viable businesses to work with the software. New developments are al geared towards their bulk of users which is housecleaning companies.
