In general Launch27 really improves the daily operation of my company, it is also designed for specific industries so it has the integrated functions designed for those industries. And if the software lacks something and the community requests it then there is a clear process of requesting characteristics that the company, continues to save time and efficiency to have everything in a central location but also in the cloud so that I can access any place I am able to automate so many tasks, which allows me to devote more time to growth or simply to have more free time in general. **What do you dislike about Launch27?** You could say that there are some peculiarities and oddities within the mobile site, but there is nothing that the precision of a small finger can handle, there are some subtle programming things that I wish would be a little more customizable but are really specific to my business and I understand, due to the incredible development team it is entirely possible that these things can be added in the future. Even if you have any questions no matter how stupid they may seem the support is there for you, if you have a highly technical question about your API or anything else technical you will get a clear answer. In addition, the software works exactly as planned and has always been done since the first day, but there are times when something may be a little confusing or a new feature may not work as I originally thought. In all my months of use of the service there has not been a single time when I requested help that I did not receive. **Recommendations to others considering Launch27:** I recommend Launch27 because it is powerful enough to do most of the heavy work of my programming, booking, loading and communicating, however it is not saturated to the point where there are a lot of useless functionalities. The integration of Zapier makes it possible to extend this functionality where necessary and the developers are always making improvements. Apart it significantly reduced the efforts to start my business and has grown along with the business. The automatic functions such as sending by email, recurring reservations and the ability to charge customers from the software are incredible. It provides excellent communication that takes our business to the next level without having to invest in expensive personnel, which would be required to achieve the same effect provided our company with an image of a successful business established from the start. **What problems is Launch27 solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me to communicate efficiently and professionally with customers and employees, everything is around the engine of our operations, it has allowed me to grow a business of this kind in a much shorter time than would otherwise have been possible. to almost all the features that are included, email notifications work very well to warn customers about your next reservation and to automatically inform you if there is a problem with your payment method, the metric screen is decent and I'm glad you have although I think there are some ways in which it could be improved. From follow up emails to reminders, L27 has allowed us to focus on growing the business and not just running it. They are constantly improving it's offering, updating features, and making sure that we're taking advantage of everything it has to offer. Customer support is always quick and helpful and the team is always interested in feedback and ideas. **What do you dislike about Launch27?** I'd like to see some improvements in the referral engine, but overall there aren't any "dislikes". I'd also like to see more added to the email offering, but I've already been told that this is something on it's way. **Recommendations to others considering Launch27:** Don't wait like I did. Make the switch or start using L27 sooner than later. Being able to focus on the things that actually make the business money and improving the business itself are what L27 has allowed me to do. Something that I also love is the dependability of the software and a team that is always making sure things are running smoothly. Instead of spending tens of thousands of dollars creating a custom software that would be less effective and require constant maintenance and improvements, we have one for a very reasonable monthly cost. I was up and running with the system within minutes of using their trial and by the time the trial expired and I purchased the product I had managed to get everything sorted ready to use. It integrates seamlessly with my website and with a little custom CSS it fits beautifully. In all honestly we expect that this software will be the crux of our business allowing us to stand out above competition in the area we operate **What do you dislike about Launch27?** If anything, the price increase for the for the higher packages is a little off putting given that you don't get as much in addition for a quite steep price jump. Definitely something I will be using later on in the life time of the business once we have decided it is the right time to expand into other areas in the country but off putting for a new business that has no choice but to start off small. I would also like to see updated guides for setting up the custom CSS as, although Launch27 offer this as an additional service, I have the skill to do it myself and wouldn't pay for them to do it on my behalf. Because of the lacking guidelines it took a lot of necessary work on my part to work out which codes would work in order to change certain areas of CSS. if I had any recommendation for Launch27 it would be to improve these help files and guidelines so that many of the frequently asked questions can be solved easily as I know many of mine had to be answered directly by their staff or by other uses of their software on their facebook group. **Recommendations to others considering Launch27:** I would highly recommend you use this software alongside a responsive website as the two go hand in hand in creating a professional looking system. **What problems is Launch27 solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it easier to convert my website visitors into customers. I don't need to worry so much about scheduling and customer details as they are all stored on the system which is linked with my website. It also allows me to run reports which gives me an insight to what months i did great and how i can then improve my performance in other months. **What do you dislike about Launch27?** There are support groups online but if i need to find something out straight away it takes a while for me to get an answer, it would be good to have a contact that i could instantly be in contact with. **What problems is Launch27 solving and how is that benefiting you?** A lot of the things we would have to do before manually the software now does virtually without any assistance which saves so much time and effort to do other jobs. I am out of office every day, and the software allows my employees to also log in to view, for example, where their next appointment is if they forget without having to bother me. The upfront sales and getting started is very painless and fairly easy to get install and turn on and begin processing customers. **What do you dislike about Launch27?** The pace of fixing problems, bugs, feature updates, and community requests is painfully slow. I love the company and as I suspect most of the community does, wish they would just try and have a regular monthly cadence to releases (less big updates, and lots of small ones). Then maybe a major update every 12 mos. The second kind of major thing I don't like is that we can only accept Stripe. The Stripe service is slow to pay me and often times I am out of pocket (paying my employees) for days or up to a week before I get paid for jobs that have been booked, completed, and paid via Stripe. I asked for auto text of job orders, and he came out with it much later than promised. Since I was charging cards on Authorize.net, there was a lot of tedious clicking involved. I was developing Carpal Tunnel due to all the different programs and windows I had open all the time. I switched because I had a friend who kept telling me about all the features, automation, worker and client sign in, online booking etc. I’m really glad he convinced me to switch. The biggest factor that makes Launch so good is all the automation and access to an online login. House cleaners can see their schedules. They have more independence with the platform because they can report their availability. L27 auto authorization, and auto charge that is offered is a huge time saver. Customers and house cleaners logging in really keeps everyone on track. They are participating online which makes life easier and the flow is much smoother. **What do you dislike about Launch27?** Online booking is very new and I feel like it will take time to ignite consumer confidence with online booking. If L27 could put together marketing workshops, would be helpful bc I really want to utilize online booking more. **Recommendations to others considering Launch27:** Get it! **What problems is Launch27 solving and how is that benefiting you?** The office is quieter, so I can focus more on marketing and the cleaners can focus more on cleaning. The managing of “Team Pay” saves me much time and energy. The calculations are made for me so I no longer need to keep internal records. We are doing around 15 bookings average per day, and I don’t feel the need to hire an office worker because honestly I don’t think there would be enough for her/ him to do.
