What do you like best?

The applications capability to be modified to meet the needs of several departments simultaneously. In our case we us OQC for custodial inspections, employee reviews, QA inspections, Project reviews, Emergency closet inspections and the list could go on and on! OQC has allowed us to meet or exceed all our inspection needs as well as providing us with a transparent source of data to provide building management when confronted with issues concerning building cleanliness and safety issues! What do you dislike?

I understand the bandwidth issue created by having video capability is a problem but would like to see it as an enhancement sometime in the future. Also would like to see the ability to merge inspections into one single document w/o having to use pdf merge to do so! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Once you have tried OQC, you will never want to go back to the way you had been inspecting your spaces. Its interactive as well as flexible interface and intuitive processes make it your one stop shopping source for all things inspection related in your operation! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As I said, we use OQC for a multitude of things, but our primary use is presently for custodial inspections, employee reviews and QA/Emergency response closet inspections! What do you like best?

For being such a "simple system" to use, OrangeQC really packs in all the versatility and customization our company has been looking for! Not only by helping us streamline and run things on the back end (our Company Operations), with Communications & Accountability, but just as important is our Front Line Communications with our Customers. Giving all our customers a way of communicating with our Ops Team 24/7, and keeping a History of all communications, has been…I’d say the Main Key to Our Success! What do you dislike?

We have been with OQC since the beginning, and have even grown together as a great working team. I like to say "team" because that's just the way they make us feel. So I can't really say anything that I dislike, because if I even have an idea to help improve OQC...I love how they always take it into consideration! Live, Learn, Change, Grow! Before OQC, it was much harder to stay in constant contact with all our many customers. Most customers do not like making phone calls in this Ever Fast Pace World. So now, using OQC has been a Huge Benefit an a pleasure to work with! We look forward to many more years to come!
