I can see inventory and orders at a glance. Searching for products and quantity shipped, adjusted, and on hand is very easy. I like that I can create order confirmation emails directly in the application, and use variables so that it dynamically populates the customer's information. We were also able to integrate a product recommendation tool (from a separate solution) that we could include in our Orderwave emails which has helped increase product discovery and ultimately sales. Editing email templates isn't the most user-friendly. There is a WYSIWYG editor but it is hard to open it large enough to make visual editing easy. Without HTML knowledge, building an email is also very difficult and likely requires a developer. Not necessarily points against Orderwave, but be advised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
