Responsive, reliable order management tool

The platform is extremely reliable, with less than 5 glitches in the 3 years I've used it. It just works. Support team is knowledgeable, and don't seem rushed so we're able to come up with ideas together to improve our offering to customers. They have a massive range of integrations with payment providers, making it easy to add new payment methods.

I can see inventory and orders at a glance. Searching for products and quantity shipped, adjusted, and on hand is very easy. I like that I can create order confirmation emails directly in the application, and use variables so that it dynamically populates the customer's information. We were also able to integrate a product recommendation tool (from a separate solution) that we could include in our Orderwave emails which has helped increase product discovery and ultimately sales.
