What do you like best about Ontop?

The best thing about Ontop is the “Your Bills, Your Rules” feature. It allows you to pay for services, credit cards, and other bills directly with the funds in your account. As a contractor based in Argentina, I find this tool especially useful because I don't need to exchange currencies. It also has a prompt response when you need assistance. What do you dislike about Ontop?

Sometimes it’s not that easy to use the “Your Bills, Your Rules” feature. You first have to register the service you want to pay for, but there’s no “Pay Now” button, there's just an option to edit the name of the payment. The process isn’t very intuitive. It usually takes a few tries for me to complete a payment. For example, if I want to pay in advance, the bill doesn’t appear, and when browsing the list of registered services, there’s no clear “Pay” option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ontop?

I use Ontop to receive monthly payments from my company in the United States, and I also make use of the card they offer. I value the ease that Ontop provides for managing my work compensation, along with the possibility of obtaining cashback benefits from transactions. I love how modern and the new ideas that Ontop introduces; these features reinforce my interest in the service. Additionally, the processing of transfers is exceptionally fast, usually arriving one or two days earlier than promised, which regularly exceeds my expectations. Also, the initial setup was very simple for me as a worker: I just had to identify myself, provide my information and some documents, which made the process quite efficient. What do you dislike about Ontop?

What do you like best about Ontop?

I’ve been using Ontop for over a year as my primary payment platform, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. What stands out most is the speed of international transfers — funds are credited to my account much faster than with other services I’ve tried.

The redesigned “Reserve” benefits program is a smart move. It feels more relevant and user-friendly, and it actually encouraged me to start using it this month.

I’ve also shifted to using my Ontop card for most of my purchases abroad. Instead of converting money in advance, I now prefer to pay directly in local currency — it’s been convenient and cost-effective.

On the rare occasions when I’ve had issues with a transaction, customer support was fast, clear, and helpful. That kind of reliability gives me peace of mind.

What do you dislike about Ontop?

The only real pain point I’ve encountered is that I can’t use my Ontop wallet balance or Ontop card to pay off my personal credit card. This forces me to withdraw the money and handle the currency exchange myself, which can lead to unnecessary fees or delays. I’d love to see this flexibility added in the future. What do you like best about Ontop?

I like the functionality of making transfers to third parties and the card payment system of Ontop, although I acknowledge that there are certain limitations in some stores. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ontop?

I find the setup difficult due to the lack of clarity in some aspects of the platform. The additional plan presents problems and the support is complicated, which hinders progress. I also feel that the conditions of the plan are not clear, and the advantages I previously had have diminished. Transfers and card payments are limited for some merchants. Additionally, cashback is only available for certain apps or merchants, which is limiting. I would like the cards to be able to link with Apple Pay, and for savings with returns to be allowed. What do you like best about Ontop?

I like all the perks and incentives they have signed with other companies. The discounts with airbnb, the discounts with uber, etc. The front is user friendly too, it liked that it was easy to use from the client side, and from the contractor side as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ontop?

Receiving the card took too long. And when I did, I tried to pay with it but I had a lot of issues. For example, I paid something using the fisical card, the payment didn´t go through (the place where I was paying showed me the machine) but the money was discounted from my account.
