I have used this software extensively and the ui is quite smooth. This software is also available for mobiles which makes it very easy to use on the go. It's nice to have options depending on my need, whether that is having to type up a document, take notes on a presentation, view a presentation, organize information, make calculations for payroll, etc. **What do you dislike about MobiOffice?** I don't think there is anything I dislike, but if this was paired with Adobe, that would be amazing, as I do use that quite frequently as well. I am often editing documents with Word and then creating a PDF out of those documents. Otherwise, it may be nice to have training or tips more readily accessible on Excel. Even adaptive learning would be cool to have on Excel, so it recommends various trainings or formulas to try out based on ho you are using it. I don't know if this last one is even plausible, but these are just some thoughts. **Recommendations to others considering MobiOffice:** There are loads of different things you can do with Excel, so I would recommend doing some research and training a little bit to see some of the different ways to organize data/information. **What problems is MobiOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving a lot of problems with OfficeSuite, mostly related to organizing information for the firm I work with. I keep a lot of spreadsheets with information related to salaries, PTO accrual, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. and Excel helps me keep track of everything, which is so helpful for an HR professional in a growing law firm. There are lots of dates to remember, and constantly fluctuating salaries. ### 12. Everything that is useful for you seems to be collected in one application. Also, I sometimes get distracted due to the workload and close a file without saving it. But I don't panic because OfficeSuite hides my unsaved work and allows me to recover it. This ensures that there are no setbacks in time and makes me feel safe. Second, I can convert my files to the format I want and I generally prefer to convert my files to pdf. Let me tell you before I forget, I also make use of the spell correction feature, so my files always look attentive and professional. **What do you dislike about MobiOffice?** I would like to be able to convert to a format other than pdf format offline.
