The user interface still feels a bit too heavy and closely resembles the Microsoft Word layout. Although the latest updates have improved things, I’d much prefer a cleaner, more minimalist design—closer to Google Docs. The flexibility we get through the API and external extensions is a huge plus. It lets us integrate custom tools directly into the interface, which isn’t something you can easily achieve with basic cloud editors. Getting under the hood to tweak the advanced configurations can be a real headache, mainly because the setup guide feels too abstract. It would be much more helpful to have clear, step-by-step walkthroughs built around practical scenarios instead of mostly listing parameters. I love the seamless integration with the desktop app and our online docs server in ONLYOFFICE Docs. It's also really easy to set up. The PDF editor directly inside our office suite is awesome because I can make tweaks to PDF files without having to download a third-party PDF editor or pay for Adobe Acrobat. This integration means I can be working in the cloud or on my computer, and it's the same file. I wish that we could configure the AI system across all users instead of individually. The main thing is AI. It still feels like a bolt-on product and not a seamless integration. I really like ONLYOFFICE Docs because it is so comprehensive, with many applications that compete well with Microsoft's, for example. It has great compatibility with documents created in Microsoft Office, which is essential in the corporate world. I first used it because of the compatibility, but then I realized that small modifications in the interface make the work better and more fluid. The functions I use the most are right in front, in a practical and intuitive way, unlike the cluttered interface I see in other applications, like LibreOffice, which has a very dated interface. ONLYOFFICE Docs is modern, fast, and intuitive, offering great compatibility with programs used in the corporate environment. Thus, I don't lose anything and gain a lot of productivity. One easier function for me to have quick access, more integrated within the interface. It would be very useful for certain projects, and to have the option. If it could be within Docs, an option to also do the formatting to make notes, for example, that I use in other programs like Notion and Obsidian, it would be very interesting, so I could import and export texts more quickly and integrated. I use ONLYOFFICE Docs as my only office suite, and it is tremendous. It has all the functionality of Microsoft Office but is more intuitive. I especially like its PDF capability and the versatility of making PowerPoint programs. I find it robust for typing and creating documents without any problems, comparable to Microsoft Office in ease and functionality. I use it every day and enjoy its versatility and how it meets my needs. The document translation function is very helpful since I write in Spanish and English. I like using ONLYOFFICE Docs to edit and view documents in general, from PDF to Excel. It helps me out of tight spots, as it is very comprehensive and allows me to edit and view any document when I need it. Its interface is very intuitive and straightforward, which I really like. Another aspect I appreciate is that it practically comes pre-configured; from the moment you open it, there's nothing to tweak. I prefer using OnlyOffice on Linux because it is very reliable and comprehensive. I give it a rating of 10 because it is a very good program that I always recommend and download.
