## onePOS Reviews
  ### 1. Outdated

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2018

**What do you like best about onePOS?**

Easy to navigate once you get used to it. You have to have a managers code or card in order to discount anything, so there is no worry of staff discounting when they shouldn't be. Easy to split checks and separate by guest. Transferring checks from table to table or server to server is also fairly easy.

**What do you dislike about onePOS?**

There's no remote access, so you have to be onsite to make any adjustments. Customer Support always had a long wait and weren't the friendlies. If you didn't have a contract with them, you'd be put to the back of the line. Running and exporting reports isn't the easiest either. I'd have to print reports and enter the data manually into a spreadsheet. No effective way to charge credit cards if your internet goes down, so you'll have to have a crash kit with an old school knuckle buster in it so that you can manually enter them later.

**Recommendations to others considering onePOS:**

It's very bare bones and basic. It functions, but doesn't offer as many options as other of similar cost. I'd suggest shopping around and really comparing the features offered before committing.

**What problems is onePOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It worked for what we needed at the time, but as business continued to grow we needed something with more up-to-date technology, remote access, etc. to make things more convenient for management.

  ### 2. Simple and Easy POS System.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Hardware | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2018

**What do you like best about onePOS?**

- Have different tabs to separate different categories
- Can have additional options added, on top of an item when its pressed.
- User friendly.
- Can be color coded.
- Can change quantity of an item easily without needing to delete anything.
- Can see total sales, voids, etc.
- Able to see only cash or only credit card payments within the day.

**What do you dislike about onePOS?**

- Chosen items get locked if it stays on menu for too long. Need manager's approval to void or remove the item off the list. Can be time consuming in a fast paced environment.
- The visual can have an upgrade.

**What problems is onePOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Putting in orders for restaurant and selling tickets at a tourist spot.
Able to do large orders effectively and separate payments are easy to do.
