**What do you like best about OnePitch?**

The customer service is extraordinary. The team is really invested in user feedback.

**What do you dislike about OnePitch?**

So are, I have not come across a downside.

**What problems is OnePitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a boutique agency it was cost prohibitive to use a larger media contact platform such as Cision, Muck Rack, etc. OnePitch was the solution!
