**What do you like best about OneContact PBX?**

I like that it is not a complicated tool to make changes to the platform and that it can be merged with other great IP Telephony tools such as Skype and Teams.

**What do you dislike about OneContact PBX?**

I don't particularly appreciate that sometimes to make configuration changes at the database level of the directories, it can take a long time to make the changes.

**Recommendations to others considering OneContact PBX:**

Take into account that the best technical support is provided

**What problems is OneContact PBX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool has been adapted to my client's business correctly, despite the novelties presented, they have been able to be solved immediately, in addition to fulfilling the functions for which it is necessary

Get the job done, customer support team is realy helpful

call time recording displays an accumulative time under the agent's names.
Need a better reporting structure to display a list of agent releases, Need a quantitive report along with a link to the respective calls
