OnBoard has genuinely provided the structure our board of trustees needed. The platform allows us to monitor board engagement metrics effectively. Conducting surveys and virtual voting has become seamless and straightforward, which has been especially valuable in our hybrid setting. OnBoard remains user-friendly and simple to navigate. One drawback of the platform is that it does not allow for a "super user" role with full access to all areas. Additionally, each time a new folder is created, it is necessary to notify the administrator so they can be granted access, which can be inconvenient. I like the easy access for board members to board packets and historical data. I also appreciate how easy it is to create agendas and minutes with OnBoard Board Management Software. The messaging module is difficult to use because all messages are listed chronologically without any regard to subject. I've asked my board members to put a subject on each of their messages (in CAPS) so that it is easier to follow a specific conversation. I find OnBoard Board Management Software easy to use, which is great. It's also handy that multiple people can manage at an admin level. I appreciate how everything is in one place, keeping all Board members on the same page if we keep OnBoard up to date. The initial setup was pretty easy, which was a nice surprise. Nice, intuitive interface. Practically all the necessary features (including AI) are available, the app runs stably, and the Adobe and Microsoft integrations are solid. Overall, it offers a competitive price for what you get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no dedicated feature for running correspondence (absentee) voting, and it also doesn’t support video files. The process is quite lengthy in terms of the documentation required to complete KYC and the corporate approval steps, especially if you represent a bank or another large organization with internal controls and related requirements. OnBoard is such a crazy easy platform – I already feel as though we’ve been using it for years and, yet why didn’t we begin using it years ago?! Driving OnBoard makes me feel I’m in command of the USS Enterprise – it can go anywhere and it gets you there in style. As a Board Admin, the ability to Messenger any or all directors and then having the communication thread harnessed so neatly has greatly reduced my stress level. In addition, having all pertinent Board materials available to members is what really sold me to OnBoard. I like the group management feature of OnBoard Board Management Software; it is user-friendly and intuitive. It streamlines communication and provides a secure place to house all board-related documents, which saves me time, making it much better than having to email board members and share links to Google Drive. We need to see RSVP reports for specific users across all meetings. Also, there should be a way to 'undo/redo' in the minutes builder, or to see different versions when multiple people are editing.
