Quite granular. Access in OnBoard is set at the role and committee level, so you control exactly what each person can see – and you can restrict printing, downloading, and sharing on top of that. A committee member only sees their committee's materials; a director on the full board sees the full book; an observer can be given read-only access. None of that requires manual management every meeting cycle.

On the tracking side: yes, OnBoard generates exportable activity logs that record who accessed what, and when, across every meeting and file. Those logs are available to IT and legal teams for compliance reviews, audits, or incident investigations. There's also dynamic watermarking – every page a user views or prints gets embedded with their identity, so if something leaks, you can trace it back to the source. Together, the permissions and the audit trail give you both prevention and accountability.
