Materials they use to visualise process or costs are great and helpful for the business to make decisions. there was nothing likeable, the software was basic but the way in which they handled tax was erroneous so they were harmful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have no understanding of UK tax, so are an awful choice for a payment provider. What's more, when I told them to correct their mistake, I then had to spend 6 ,months+ trying to rectify it with their customer service. Customer service are slow and unresponsive. I had to ring HMRC 3x to verify, who still have not received appropriate tax submissions. A truly terrible experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
