
Omnipresent's quest for efficient and powerful platform is a sign that they value their customers. They continously improve their platform making it easier for us to find immediately what we need such as expense report, documents of the employees, invoices, etc.
Next I like is their customer support as they respond immediately to any of my query. They also send updates to inform me that they are working on my case.
And lastly, I like best is the kind of service our CSM, Alba, is giving to Pearson. She is always on top of every query or issue I present to her. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
