**What do you like best about OmniPost?**

It had Barcode scanning feature, which expedite the entire process. Package tracking and Signature capture is a must for smooth experience.

**What do you dislike about OmniPost?**

They don't have duplicate management support, and are not cass certified.

**What problems is OmniPost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has relieved stress and workload, and reduced the number of employees to complete the wotk.
