I like that Parcel Panel provides a single tracking webpage without any ads, offering all the necessary information for our customers. It's great that it separates first and final mile carriers, which many other tracking websites don't do. This is a huge plus when shipping through multiple carriers. What do you dislike about Parcel Panel?

As our packages are being handled by more than one carrier, usually the last mile carrier is assigned as the first mile carrier. I am asking for this help to change it on their side a lot, but the system is still learning. I would prefer to change it manually, as chatting with support also takes time. It automatically syncs tracking numbers to PayPal, which is incredibly convenient. This feature significantly reduces our dispute and chargeback rate by enabling proactive customer communication.
