What I like best about ParcelWILL is how easy the app is to use, along with its customization options. The support team is always very responsive—usually replying within about two minutes—and extremely professional.

At this stage, I haven’t encountered any particular issues. Everything has been running smoothly, and the app meets my expectations so far. If anything comes up over time, I’ll be able to provide more detailed feedback.

ParcelWILL mainly solves issues related the complexity of the order tracking and management process. The app simplifies operations, makes the system more intuitive, and reduces errors. In addition, sending email notifications at each stage of the process keeps customers informed in real time, improving transparency and reducing support requests. As a result, it saves time, improves efficiency, and provides a smoother experience for managing and tracking orders.

**What do you like best about ParcelWILL?**

The customer support is absolutely outstanding. Zessa helped me from scratch, she explained everything step by step, customized the HTML code specifically for my store, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. I came in with zero knowledge about tracking integrations and left with a fully working, professional setup. This level of support is rare and genuinely impressive. 10/10 would recommend to any Shopify store owner.

**What do you dislike about ParcelWILL?**

Honestly, nothing major. The initial setup can feel a bit overwhelming if you're not tech-savvy, but with the support team being this good, it barely matters. Maybe a more detailed onboarding guide for beginners would help, but again, the live support more than makes up for it.

**What problems is ParcelWILL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ParcelWILL allows me to show customers only the last-mile tracking number (DHL/DPD/Hermes) instead of exposing the full shipping route. This gives my brand a much more professional appearance and improves the overall customer experience significantly. The branded tracking page also keeps customers on my store instead of sending them to generic carrier pages.

I use ParcelWILL to track all customer orders and allow customers to follow their deliveries directly from my site. It's customizable and really not bad. What I also like is the ability to send emails to customers at each stage of the delivery, which informs them in case of a problem. This feature reassures customers throughout the delivery process and prevents them from worrying or making chargebacks. Additionally, the initialization of ParcelWILL went very well and it was easy to set up.

Honestly, everything is fine except for the pricing, which is a bit too expensive. I think.

I sometimes encounter the issue that when an order is canceled, it still remains in the ParcelWILL dashboard. This makes it not always easy for our Parcel Panel team because they keep checking this order. We have now solved this by tagging the order.

I like that Parcel Panel provides a single tracking webpage without any ads, offering all the necessary information for our customers. It's great that it separates first and final mile carriers, which many other tracking websites don't do. This is a huge plus when shipping through multiple carriers. The support is really helpful, and the setup was easy.

As our packages are being handled by more than one carrier, usually the last mile carrier is assigned as the first mile carrier. I am asking for this help to change it on their side a lot, but the system is still learning. I would prefer to change it manually, as chatting with support also takes time.

I also appreciate the detailed and accurate order tracking status and its integration with Gorgias, which adds value to our operations.
