**What do you like best about Omnichat?**

it is a sales, marketing, inventory/delivery tracking, messaging platform combined in one.
The customer success team has been a great help and been responsive to enquires. If not for this team, the sytem will be be readily understandable.

**What do you dislike about Omnichat?**

The interface experience requires some tweaks for more interconnectivity and service language needs correcting.
The commerce/sales tracking section had alot of teething issues at the beginning, which i believe has been rectified since.

**What problems is Omnichat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had to face repeated replies, replying to similar messages  and was not able to track who purchased and paid. It is now possible through omnichat.

The accurate tracking capabilities provided by Omnichat allow us to monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates of broadcast messages with precision. Not particularly. I am generally satisfied with the function and support.

Omnichat simplifies the process of sending promotional messages with coupon incentives to potential customers, eliminating the need for complex setups. The set up of automated chatbot reduced our CS response time, and also workload. Customers can select the options and get the answers quickly by
themselves, and they can choose to have a human agent when facing more complicated questions. It’s much convenient and flexible than phone calls, and
supports 24/7.

Take some time to familiarize myself with the chatbot builder. Nevertheless, the Omnicat Account Managers have been incredibly supportive and responsive. They have also assisted us in buidling the chatbot.

This app is incredibly user-friendly and has greatly reduced the amount of customer service effort required. The account manager has been very supportive. I highly recommend this app.

There isn't a significant issue, but it would be ideal if they could exclude the off-hour time from the customer service reports. I understand that they are working on improving this aspect.

I am able to manage customer service issues for multiple brands within a single system, which is extremely convenient. The coupon function is particularly impressive, and the chatbox has been incredibly helpful in addressing customers' basic FAQs.

LINE push messages cannot be previewed. We hope to see more custom options integrated with the CRM database. So far, the experience has been satisfactory. However, it would be even better if more communication channels could be integrated.
