it is a sales, marketing, inventory/delivery tracking, messaging platform combined in one.

The customer success team has been a great help and been responsive to enquires. If not for this team, the sytem will be be readily understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnichat?

The interface experience requires some tweaks for more interconnectivity and service language needs correcting.

The commerce/sales tracking section had alot of teething issues at the beginning, which i believe has been rectified since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
