Installation was simple, and we didn’t need constant developer involvement. The drag-and-drop reports with detailed metrics make it easy to monitor performance. **What do you dislike about Ocamba?** There are many advanced options (automation workflows, A/B testing, reporting), so it takes a little time to explore everything. Once you get used to it, though, it becomes very efficient. **What problems is Ocamba solving and how is that benefiting you?** Re-engaging website visitors was a challenge. The targeted push notifications in the Hood Engage application were particularly beneficial to me as a user to be able to send messages that would be of interest to certain users only. **What do you dislike about Ocamba?** Ocamba feels like it is comprised of two different apps, Hood Engage and Adex, kind of fused together, rather than one homogenous entity. It feels somewhat awkward to move back and forth from one functionality to the other, and there seems to be weak linkage of data. **What problems is Ocamba solving and how is that benefiting you?** I believe that Ocamba can be a useful application especially for the companies that require push notifications, web statistics, and ad serving solutions. Flexibility in delivering push notifications according to user activity is definitely one advantage. ### 4.
