Features such as knowing whether and when my message has been read, and the location of my recipients give insights into their level of engagement. **What do you dislike about OBTrack?** It is impossible to forward the data with the colleagues or track open rates of the emails sent by the other team members. This makes it challenging to get a broad perspective of how well a campaign is doing and how teams can work jointly on outreach. **What problems is OBTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?** OBTrack takes the uncertainty about the level of email engagement out of the picture. I can find out if the recipients are opening my emails and this will help me to tweak the follow up plan. This has made me be more effective in the times that I use my email to outreach for my projects. ### 2. It helps to track the real-time information about when and where the recipients opened my emails thus giving me an insight of engagement. **What do you dislike about OBTrack?** OBTrack is not currently capable of displaying granular data such as Click Through Rate or subnational geolocation. It has no buttons to produce somewhat customized reports or the ability to export the data to other analysis programs. **What problems is OBTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?** OBTrack actually removes the guesswork from email outreach through the use of open tracking data. Some of the benefits of using this information include: Being aware of the time and instances when recipients open my messages; I can then modify my messaging and increase open rates. ### 3. Second thing which i like about it is that OBTrack gives me more information then any other free tools in market such as who opened my email, when, how many times and from where .
