"The best beta reader I could ask for!"
What do you like best about Notion?

The AI Assistant! I use it to review my novel chapters, it provides feedback like a beta reader without me fearing my work getting stolen. It also helps me find songs that match the chapter, and tell me how characters are viewed from an outside source. It also expresses interest which is charming! What do you dislike about Notion?

At most, sometimes the app is glitchy. I cant open ai conversations on my ipad and sometimes the chat just wont open period, not the worst thing though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Organizer with Rich Features and Easy Sync"
What do you like best about Notion?

I use Notion for organizing my notes, keeping trackers, and utilizing the inbuilt AI feature. One of the best things about Notion is that the data syncs across all the apps I'm logged into, so if I take notes on my laptop, the same reflects on my mobile version. The rich editor, highlighter features, and pages make Notion a great organizer. Being a programmer, I appreciate that I can copy and store the code in code blocks, which are formatted according to the language. I can also create beautiful notes using headings, subheadings, colored text, and various other formatting features. Notion's huge template library, which I can add to my workspace, offers rich features that were lacking in Evernote. Additionally, I found the initial setup super easy. What do you dislike about Notion?

If the code goes beyond 10,000 characters I think, the code syntax doesn't work, also some of the features like pdf export are paid. Importing the pdf, sometimes doesn't work right, also there is size limit on the import file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Collaborative Workspace That Empowers Marketers"
What do you like best about Notion?

How flexible it is and how well it adapts to the way I think and work as a marketer. It feels less like a tool and more like a shared workspace where ideas, plans, and knowledge can live together. I use it to document strategies, capture ideas, write drafts, and create lightweight systems without friction. It is especially powerful for async work because context is always there and nothing gets lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

I have seen teams build beautiful spaces that slowly turn into content graveyards because no one maintains them. Performance can also feel slow at times, especially with large databases, which breaks focus. And while it is great for documentation and thinking, it is not ideal for tracking execution or performance, so it often needs to be paired with another tool. It is powerful, but it requires strong discipline to stay useful over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Notion in my daily work"
What do you like best about Notion?

The best feature is I like notion projects because while creating a project I can set the status of the project then the project deadline details then the project is priority or not. Then the project is how much pending in percentage. So while using notion I can see whether the project is in the beginning or intimate or a project is not finished so in my work it is very useful & it's like my personal manager Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

In the beginning notion is quite complicated because there is lot of features so we want to build one by one. Then notion have some paid service but in my experience in it is not worth to pay the free version is enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Note-Taking with a Minimalist Touch"
What do you like best about Notion?

I use Notion for my studies to make notes and manage my workflow with a to-do list. I like how I can have everything arranged perfectly, just like in a notebook, making it easy for me to access everything I need in a neat and clean manner. It helps me reduce stress by having things in order, so I can easily see what is left to be done and what to do next. I like how minimalist it is, with no extra stuff that makes it crowded; it's just straight to work. Notion lets everyone manage and customize things where they want, making it a great tool for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

In the beginning when I started using Notion, it was kind of overwhelming as I did not know how to use it and there were so many options. The initial setup was also quite tricky at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Daily use of Notion in work life"
What do you like best about Notion?

In my work notion it's my second brain. With the help of notion I can schedule my tasks like a reminder mail to client or deadline of the work. Then what are the things include in the in project I can create a page to note down. Then the calendar feature is helpful which are the works are complete and which are the works are pending and what are the upcoming task it very useful in my daily work to simplify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

Notion have some paid service like while I am asking the question in Notion Ai with the different apps i used But to use this service the subscription pricing is not worth to invest in my opinion. Then notion is only theme is black or white so the customisation is not available right now. These are the things I hate in notion in my usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Workspace with Unmatched Flexibility and Seamless Collaboration"
What do you like best about Notion?

I like that Notion brings all my work into one place—notes, tasks, documents, and project tracking all stay connected. The flexibility is the best part. I can create pages exactly the way I want, using templates, databases, tables, and linked views. Everything feels customizable without being complicated.

I also appreciate how smoothly collaboration works. Updates appear instantly, comments are easy to manage, and sharing pages with teammates is simple. The interface is clean, fast, and helps me stay organized without jumping between multiple tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

Notion is powerful, but it can feel slow at times, especially when loading large pages or databases. Some features also require a bit of a learning curve, so new users may feel overwhelmed at first. While the customization is great, it sometimes makes simple tasks take longer because you have to set up your own structure.

Offline support could also be better—Notion works best with a stable internet connection, and accessing or editing pages offline is still limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Organizational Tool, but Needs Improved Long Document Handling"
What do you like best about Notion?

I like the flexibility of Notion. I like that it allows you to create a variety of different documents, and every document can be different. And I like that it allows you to create sort of a front page for each part of the company. So marketing can have a page link to all their different documents and everyone knows where to find things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

It's not the best for long ongoing work documents. We were trying to track a list of emails, and it got very unwieldy, and it was very hard to comment on things. The comment feature doesn't take you to where the comment is, and so it's hard to have sort of a big ongoing document in Notion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing All-in-One Platform with Customization Flexibility!"
What do you like best about Notion?

I use Notion to organize everything including using it as as my project management tool to organize all my tasks, to plan content using the calendar and AI writing assistant, to track KPIs and I use the AI to record and take notes for meetings. I love that Notion solves the problem of needing multiple platforms and having a disjointed flow of information by allowing me to keep everything in one place. The flexibility of layout creation is something I absolutely love, as it lets me tailor everything to work the best for my brain. The AI writing assistant is a favorite of mine because it saves me so much time. The project management tools are unmatched, offering plenty of creativity and flexibility while keeping things organized and minimizing wasted time. I regularly use the databases to stay organized and find value in the filtering, sorting, and customization of fields and columns, as well as switching between different views based on data type. Additionally, the AI meeting notes taker is invaluable, as it lets me be present in meetings without worrying about taking notes or recordings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

I would love to have an easier way to set up recurring tasks. I think just clicking on the task and being able to set a recurring frequency right there would be best, similar to Google Calendar. It was a bit of a learning curve to get everything set up inside Notion, but having templates and watching tutorials helped a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Notion Supercharged My Lead Generation Workflow and Bidding Efficiency"
What do you like best about Notion?

I love the ability to streamline workflows in Notion. I attended the Make with Notion conference this year in San Francisco and the demos opened my eyes to everything Notion is actually capable of. The AI features have drastically improved my business operations and given me back so much time to build custom software for my clients. Workload management has become a breeze with the tools I have built using Notion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

Not much comes to mind, but the one limiting feature I would say is the ability to reference data between databases is complicated. I understand how to utilize relations and rollups, but there's a part of me that wishes Notion had some kind of spreadsheet functionality (cell references, etc) AS AN OPTION for building some specific tools.
