I’d prioritize fit with existing shift and scheduling workflows once the basic rollout is easy enough. Frontline adoption can drop quickly if employees have to check one app for schedules and another for operational updates. I’d test whether communications, tasks, and shift-related information can reach employees in the workflow they already use rather than introducing another channel they have to remember to check.
