High security "Made in Germany", very good scalability, significant time savings in operation, and an excellent price-performance ratio make the solution unbeatable. We look forward to further collaboration. **What do you dislike about NoSpamProxy?** We use the NoSpamProxy Cloud both with selected customers and for internal testing. Overall, a very solid cloud solution – but not without minor weaknesses. Criticisms: The configuration options are (still) somewhat more limited than in the on-premise version. You can tell that it is a relatively young cloud platform – some nuances in the managed rules or deep integration cannot currently be represented quite as flexibly. The reporting is functional, but could be more detailed and clearer, especially when evaluating across multiple clients. The initial setup in complex hybrid scenarios requires a bit more coordination than expected. The team behind NoSpamProxy delivers regular updates and clearly listens to customer feedback. The partner day at the HNF in Paderborn was especially great! **What problems is NoSpamProxy solving and how is that benefiting you?** The collaboration with the NoSpamProxy team is excellent on all levels. Whether it's sales, presales, or technical support – we always have direct, competent, and very pleasant contacts who respond quickly and think proactively. Especially in the area of email security, we have relied on NSP for many years and have consistently had very positive experiences with it. We are particularly impressed that NSP consistently focuses on quality and security: The solution is "Made in Germany", BSI-certified, and fully GDPR-compliant. This builds trust – both with us and with our customers. Another major advantage is the flexibility of the platform. The most important thing for us is that NoSpamProxy runs in our own data center. **What do you dislike about NoSpamProxy?** There could be room for improvement by making adjustments to the URL safeguard. For example, the text that is inserted there could be adjusted.
