They have essentially aquired companies whose features they want, and then hack it into their platform. If you want a "single pane of glass" to see what is going on in your org. Proofpoint is not the solution. Lastly, there was a big issue Proofpoint being used to send spam through M365 tenants. We have reason to beleive Proofpoint knew about this a year before they decided to inform their customers, and later the public. If you decide to go to Proofpoint, make sure you get license for TAP. If you don't have an awareness program, they can help you on that as well. There is another product called Clear that will help you in quarantine email that were already delivered to your mailbox. We have seen cases that we have an email delivered early morning with an URL that has no malicious payload. Close to 8 AM the page content changes to something Malicious, Clear and URL Defense will be able to yo protect you in cases like that ### 41. We use the interface every day and it's like second nature now and the customer support is second to none. My favorite thing is the balance provided between the end-user and the admins, emails flagged by Proofpoint can be released by the recipient or by the admins and easily flagged as safe if mislabeled as malicious. **What do you dislike about Proofpoint Core Email Protection?** I don't really dislike this but I wish there was more control over the digest. I think the digest gives too many options to the user to release spam emails. Even though spam messages aren't a security probem, they are an operational problem that can lead to a security problem if they get out of control. **What problems is Proofpoint Core Email Protection solving and how is that benefiting you?** Proofpoint catches spam and malicious emails that we would miss due to the volume of messages that are delivered daily and it is also critical in identitying malicious attachments and links. ### 44. New features are sometimes "addons" and not just added to main product. This can be a pain if you want those features. For example, how many emails were sent by this one user? To whom have they sent this email to?
