**What do you like best about North American Software Associates Eclipse?**

The software provides updates on our customers from our major insurers on a next day basis.  Report generation and having customer policy info at your fingertips is extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about North American Software Associates Eclipse?**

Customer file creation and documentation for our customers who insure through non-Ivans companies take some up-front set-up time.

**What problems is North American Software Associates Eclipse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a customer database system, a way to store documentation outside of paper files and ease of accessing customer policy info.  Eclipse solved all of those problems.

The things that are required to be used by all employees are easy to use.

**What do you dislike about North American Software Associates Eclipse?**

The program does not offer as many unique and helpful functions as other agency management systems I've used in the past.

**What problems is North American Software Associates Eclipse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The limited functionality. I haven't realized any benefits.
