Ability to use it on my computer and cell phone anywhere. Pricing makes it worth keeping. I also appreciate their support team. They are quick and always help

The connection is hit or miss. Some days, every other call works. We tried the integration with AMS360, and it did not work well. It caused a lot of confusion in accounts and randomly duplicated clients in the database

Great for texting and making sure we are staying in contact with our clients. Awesome pipeline capabilities.

**What do you like best about Bridge Insure?**

Since starting my independent insurance agency here in Scottsdale, Arizona, I have had Bridge "Dave" VOIP services.   What makes them amazing is the sound quality as it sounds so crisp and clear.  Like talking to someone standing right next to me.   In addition for the cost, you get eSignature which I use everyday (saves $400 over docusign) which pays for the service by itself.  You get every feature that you find with the big carriers at a fraction of the cost.  When I need support, I talk to someone in the US that takes care of my request right then and there.  

They have a lot of features like marketing, integrations into CRM systems for screen pops...

I would recommend them to any other insurance agency looking to scale at fair prices and add-on features (esign, faxing, texting, conference calling, desktop sharing like zoom with no time limits, visual voicemail, chat for your website, call recording/download, full call center monitoring of lines/queues, full IVR...) all included for the one very affordable price.  When I saw what the competition was charging me, I am so glad another agent referred me to Bridge.

**What do you dislike about Bridge Insure?**

I'm looking forward to the next release of the phone app, hoping it will include many more features. At the moment, it allows you to make and receive calls, send texts, access visual voicemail, and use website chat. I really enjoyed the service when I was with them.

**What do you like best about Bridge Insure?**

Bridge Insure is a solid VOIP system that integrates with AMS360 and AgencyZoom, which makes it easier to tie communication into our workflow. The call quality is clear, and the core features do what we need them to do. I also appreciate that the team is actively working on improving the platform and seems open to user feedback.

**What do you dislike about Bridge Insure?**

Support is only available via chat, which means resolving issues can take longer than if you could just call and speak to someone. The mobile experience is also lacking—texting used to be available in the mobile app, but after a recent update, that feature was removed. Now you can only text from the desktop version, and the site isn’t mobile-friendly. The AMS360 and AgencyZoom integrations are helpful when they work, but they can be a bit buggy and inconsistent at times.

Bridge Insure helps centralize our communication system and streamline how we connect with clients. By integrating with AMS360 and AgencyZoom, it allows us to log call activity and track communication within the systems we already use daily. The ability to call, transfer, and (on desktop) text from a single interface helps keep our team more organized and efficient.

**What do you like best about Bridge Insure?**

What I like best about Bridge Insure is how it brings everything together in one place—VoIP, texting, eSign, document sharing, and live chat—all accessible with a single login. It’s incredibly efficient and has saved our team a significant amount of time. The platform is remote-friendly, which is perfect for our hybrid setup, and the customer support is top-notch—always responsive and helpful. Plus, we’ve actually reduced costs by consolidating multiple tools into this one solution. Most importantly, it’s improved how we communicate with clients, making interactions faster and more personal.

**What do you dislike about Bridge Insure?**

While Bridge Insure offers a lot of value, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The eSign functionality, while mostly reliable, isn’t as feature-rich as platforms like DocuSign or InsureSign—it gets the job done, but lacks some of the advanced options and polish of those more established tools. Another challenge is retrieving call recordings, especially when using a hunt group where everyone shares the same outgoing caller ID. The setup makes it tedious to track down specific call recordings to log, and the process could definitely be more efficient.

Bridge Insure is solving several key problems that our agency faces—namely, the inefficiency of juggling multiple disconnected tools, inconsistent client communication, and the challenges of managing a hybrid or remote workforce. By consolidating VoIP, texting, eSign, document sharing, and live chat into a single platform, it eliminates the need for multiple logins and reduces the risk of things slipping through the cracks. This integration has significantly improved our team’s productivity, response times, and client satisfaction. I love the cell phone app that I can receive and make calls on and also be able to check voicemail right from the app. I love how it integrates with my other software as well. I use the app daily while taking and receiving calls all days long. It is so easy to use and implement into my daily routine!! I can't say enough about the system.

I really don't dislike anything and I have been using them for so many years. IT dept is great and meets my needs in a prompt way.

I wish the text messages would appear in a different way on my smartphone.  I have to use my computer to utilize the texting feature, so I do use it often and often miss a text message due to not being at my computer.  I am in sales so it is not do-able for me to be tied to a desktop all day but wish the texting would improve in future upgrades.

1. Excellent support - we are not a techy agency and when we need help, they are extremely responsieve and helpful.
2. Breadth of features - 
- texting platform we have tried numerous others and it is so easy to use
- e-signature - so easy to use and saves so much time. 
- VOIP and fax are excellent too
3. We have been using it for a few years but the ease of getting set up and going was very intuitive and easy.

If I had to nit-pick, one minor drawback of having to use Bridge website and Dave app.  If there was a way to consolidate the two into one, that would be nice.  Still, good far outweighs this minor issue.

We went to Bridge for the VOIP platform.  It was going to save us money on our monthly phone bill and facilitate calls between multiple locations.  It wasn't until after we were sold on the VOIP platform that we learned about e-signature, texting and faxing which were all icing on the cake!  We got all those incredible features, increased efficiency, consolidation and saved money!

Integration with Existing Systems: The Bridge phone system seamlessly integrates with our current infrastructure, which did make the transition smoother and less disruptive.

Complicated Setup: The initial setup process can be confusing, and it took longer than anticipated to get everything up and running properly.

User Interface: The interface is not as intuitive or user-friendly as we would have liked, leading to a steep learning curve for our team.

On top of that, the app and website are user friendly and include great features like eSign and the sales automation. I use Bridge every day and I have nothing but good things to say about Bridge!

 I talked to Christofer about setting up our away voicemail for Memorial day. I usually do this in advance but this time requested it just 4 days before (not including the weekend). He got right on it. I have talked to several different reps and they are all very professional and friendly. I love the ease of access to go chat with them on the website as I am not super tech savy on certain things. Nice to know they are there.

Redirecting our call flow. We're learning the best way to care for our customers and redirecting our call flow to improve the customer experience has been a learning curve for us. When we reach out to Bridge to help, they are always able to clearly understand waht we need and make it happen within minutes.

I'm not up to date on what they are solving. I do know that there's SO many windows to have open and when working/typing, & phone rings it pops and then you type on the "Dave communicator" I suppose there's a setting for that. 
Also, struggle with losing my settings for my headset & have to reconfigure my settings every time I take my surface pro with me away from my desk.

Softphone access is amazing and everything is quick/easy and at your fingertips (contacts numbers).  The availability to see who's on their phone helps in transferring calls to the correct department...speaking of the transfers... the click, drag and drop is awesome!! The customer service is just a click away and ALWAYS willing to help.  They also offer extra assistance in learning features to make life easier.  Thank you Bridge for an incredible software in building our agency.

Phone call quality has been corrected for our Agency (setting issue).  Our "IT" team had the download link blocked and Bridge worked with them thru me and we've seen a huge improvement in call quality.

We have found Bridge very easy to use for phone and fax. The Dave option has been great for remote work and being able to answer agency calls from the app if away from the office.  They have the best support team and they are great to work with.  They always have an answer right away and I have never had any wait time.  I can't recommend them enough. They do a great job, and it is a great system.

**What do you like best about Bridge Insure?**

Before Bridge we used a different platform for each service- calling, texting and eSigning- and we were still using desk phones and personal cell phones. Now everything is together and with the DaveGO app, you can still make and receive calls on your cell- but through your work number! The system has improved and enhanced our work flow greatly. The other bonus is that the people that I've worked with on the Bridge team have been super helpful and responsive. It never takes long to get an answer and everyone has been friendly and easy to talk to. All in all, it's been a great experience.

We've not had a single complaint yet from Staff or Admin.

It has sped up our workflow and eliminated steps. It's also helped us maximize our communication with clients but setting up automated texting through AgencyZoom.

The responsiveness from their team, if I personally chat in im met with awesome reps such as Habeeb, Christofer, and Jacob! They're there to help my team when a need arises, but their functionality is next to none! Bridge has been a great addition to my company and couldn't be happier!

There is some headset capability that could be looked at, bridge works best with 4 headset companies and could broaden that horizon

Today was a great example, I needed to enable call monitoring and barging and immediately they jumped on it for me and got it corrected so I could monitor my new reps calls!

The mobile apps for DaveGo and Bridge are way behind in modern tech and need much improvements. Needs a little more improvement on the integration with AMS360 for contact's name and numbers.

The ease of use. Everything is straight forward and self explanatory. I also love that it will record calls and can save calls/call history/voicemails for you to look back on when needed.

I was unable to locate the app in the iPhone app store to use on my cellular device. My coworkers had previously been able to. I would like to see it available in the appstore again so that I can be available to my clients all the time.

Honestly, I don't have any issues or concerns with Bridge.

I like that we can receive text to our regular phone number.  Recorded calls are great.  Being able to assign texts or calls to agents, love it.

Wish the texting came through on the mobile app.  Supposed to be coming soon.

Direct copy and past into our management system has been essential in all we do.

Fax and Esign can't be integrated to be used directly from Hawksoft. However this software is very quickly becoming antiquated and is limited in function as opposed to some of the other providers that we've used since.

Trying to enable 2 way intercom and not benefit to us now as not working.

We use the e-sign for clients a lot as it integrates with our AMS and allows us not to have to pay an extra fee to e-signatures.

The texting function is great as all within our agency can see when a text message is sent or responded to, but we continue to have troubles with how this is set up so we have had to set up all texts to come from our main agency number, which can be frustrating if mass texts go out.

**What do you dislike about Bridge Insure?**

We seem to have a lot of call drops. Is that Bridge or our internet provider?

I want to be able to use the AI features for GAIL, our AI phone receptionist, and the outbound lead system, but it has been painful to work with Bridge to get this set up.

I also want to be able to have transcripts of all calls using AI functionality, but when I asked Bridge about this, they said it is not in their current plans.

There is a separate login for setting up the mobile app, and the process is very tricky and confusing if something goes wrong. There is also a separate login for the back end of the system, and the onboarding seemed rushed. I do not feel we are able to utilize the fullest capabilities.

**What do you like best about Bridge Insure?**

Customer service with Bridge has been pretty fantastic. Everyone is kind and respectful, they're open to either making an adjustment for you or teaching you how to do it yourself. The VOIP system is more reliable than our prior vendor. Moving over from our prior vendor was pretty painless - they took care of most aspects of it and were able to set us up the way we needed. We don't get a ton of phone calls, but we do need to feel confident that we aren't missing calls, texts, faxes, etc and with Bridge that isn't a concern.

**What do you dislike about Bridge Insure?**

We tried for many months to make the eSign system work for us, but I wound up going back to/sticking with our original vendor for that. The mobile app functionality, which to an agency that is fully web-based and cannot function without mobility, leaves a bit to be desired in terms of speed, but calls come through easily and that's the most important part. A bit concerned about text messaging going away with their new app. We've had staff members have trouble maintaining access (calls not getting to them, getting logged out of the mobile app, etc) but have worked around it for the most part until they found the time to reach out to support to work through the issues.

I have to be honest.  The ease of your system is amazing.  The amount of assistance we recieved when we intergrated to the bridge from your team is top notch.  I have a question, I get the same rep always helpings me.  He even went about and beyond with helping me outside of the phone system when I mentioned having multiple email addresses.  I didn't ask for his but mentioned it in passing and he took it upon himself to help me.  All around it really has been a positive experience and I will recommend this team to anyone who asks!  Thanks for such great service!

Nothing!  Its been great all around.  There is nothing I would change

I enjoy how automated Bridge can be. How your calls can be listened to, extracted or just placed into the customer file you want them in. It has been a lifesaver having the recorded calls. I also enjoy how easy it is to drag and drop contacts into Dave dialer.

The Bridge is always improving, however it has been a bit of a journey. I have had issues with Text messages - unable to park them and having to manually extract the information which is very time consuming. I have also had problems with important calls not showing up. Bridge has been great at assisting with my issues right away and always with a helpful attitude.

We came to Bridge from a much larger provider, RingCentral. Having a software that seamlessly integrates with our Vertafore suite has been invaluable both from a time savings perspective and for protecting our ongoing operations. We love the transparency and efficiency enabled with Bridge.

Bridge is not going to feel like some of the larger VoIP solutions. While it is less polished and sometimes has its quirks, it delivers where it needs to.

Bridge is helping us eliminate redundant data entry, avoid errors and omissions, and have a better understanding of the ongoing, day-to-day operations of our agency. Bridge has been a blessing for our agency! The system is so ewasy to use, whenever I have had questions or needed assistance with how to do something, someone has always been available to assit. The switch over was easy as Bridge handled poting our numbers and setting everything up. We love havng email, fax, texting and docusign all in the same place! Is you are thinking about changing phone companies, I suggest giving Bridge a shot!

I do like that they fully integrate with Agency Zoom so that all calls are logged correctly and text messages are visible within client profile.

**What do you dislike about Bridge Insure?**

I dislike that they refuse to talk in person,only through chat. A simple 2 minute phone conversation has been replaced with a slow moving chat. Albeit a real person typing, it's still very time invasive and a huge waste of energy. I frequently receive texts on my personal cell from clients asking why they press 1 to be directed to me and the call is immediately dropped, or sits on hold indefinitely, meanwhile my phones do not ring at office. In this case, I have to chat in, waste 45 minutes of work time and handle it for them to tell me that a setting had been changed on their end through a system glitch and they are going to send it to their tech team as a ticket. The next day the ticket is closed out with no resolution. So, with constant monitoring, the system works well. Not sure I would make it a first choice if starting over, but I'll probably stick it out for a while and hope it gets better before diving into another company.

We love that text messaging is included in our service and integrates with AMS. With a click of a button, text messages will export into our system. No need to pay for additional services through other carriers for texting. Bridge is also very simple and easy to use.

Call recording is a huge feature that we utilize for client records, along with the information at our fingertip for when calls were received/placed. The e-sign platform is very easy to use and I'm a big fan that it will download the files individually.

I'm not crazy about not being able to pick up the phone for a call regarding support - Meetings have to be filed, but I do understand why. It's definitely not a deal breaker.

The most helpful thing about Bridge is that whenever a problem arises, Bridge Tech Support is always fast at dealing with fixing tickets and are reliable to go to. Having the Bridge phone dialer app makes it a lot easier as well to transfer calls, to receive calls and leave voicemails. Everything is on the app itself. I can even see who is online or offline.

The least helpful thing about Bridge is that if I am an admin, I would like if I had access to change people's status if they are away from their desk or at lunch just so the receptionist is updated if they are at their desk or not especially if they work from home.

The problems that Bridge is solving is transferring calls in an easier and more efficent way. It benefits me because I can always see on people's statuses if they are available or not.

allows me to be away from the office and quickly return if neccesary.  However, If I chose I could leave the area for weeks at a time with light backup for mail issues etc without the public really being aware.  We can handle anything that needs to be taken care of with light backup.  This allows we to visit meetings etc as I chose.  We have very little walk in traffic anymore and most of it, if any is  from salesmen.

The integration between Bridge and our AMS Managment System.  The Customer Service is fantastic.  There are many features that are easy to use and used daily.

Temporary outages of some programs can be frustrating, but are normally fixed quickly.
