What do you like best about Bridge Insure?

Since starting my independent insurance agency here in Scottsdale, Arizona, I have had Bridge "Dave" VOIP services. What makes them amazing is the sound quality as it sounds so crisp and clear. Like talking to someone standing right next to me. In addition for the cost, you get eSignature which I use everyday (saves $400 over docusign) which pays for the service by itself. You get every feature that you find with the big carriers at a fraction of the cost. When I need support, I talk to someone in the US that takes care of my request right then and there.

They have a lot of features like marketing, integrations into CRM systems for screen pops...

I would recommend them to any other insurance agency looking to scale at fair prices and add-on features (esign, faxing, texting, conference calling, desktop sharing like zoom with no time limits, visual voicemail, chat for your website, call recording/download, full call center monitoring of lines/queues, full IVR...) all included for the one very affordable price. When I saw what the competition was charging me, I am so glad another agent referred me to Bridge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bridge Insure?

I'm looking forward to the next release of the phone app, hoping it will include many more features. At the moment, it allows you to make and receive calls, send texts, access visual voicemail, and use website chat. I really enjoyed the service when I was with them. What do you like best about Bridge Insure?

Bridge Insure is a solid VOIP system that integrates with AMS360 and AgencyZoom, which makes it easier to tie communication into our workflow. The call quality is clear, and the core features do what we need them to do. I also appreciate that the team is actively working on improving the platform and seems open to user feedback. What do you dislike about Bridge Insure?

Support is only available via chat, which means resolving issues can take longer than if you could just call and speak to someone. The mobile experience is also lacking—texting used to be available in the mobile app, but after a recent update, that feature was removed. Now you can only text from the desktop version, and the site isn’t mobile-friendly. The AMS360 and AgencyZoom integrations are helpful when they work, but they can be a bit buggy and inconsistent at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bridge Insure?

What I like best about Bridge Insure is how it brings everything together in one place—VoIP, texting, eSign, document sharing, and live chat—all accessible with a single login. It’s incredibly efficient and has saved our team a significant amount of time. The platform is remote-friendly, which is perfect for our hybrid setup, and the customer support is top-notch—always responsive and helpful. Plus, we’ve actually reduced costs by consolidating multiple tools into this one solution. What do you dislike about Bridge Insure?

While Bridge Insure offers a lot of value, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The eSign functionality, while mostly reliable, isn’t as feature-rich as platforms like DocuSign or InsureSign—it gets the job done, but lacks some of the advanced options and polish of those more established tools. Another challenge is retrieving call recordings, especially when using a hunt group where everyone shares the same outgoing caller ID. What do you like best about Bridge Insure?

I love the cell phone app that I can receive and make calls on and also be able to check voicemail right from the app. I love how it integrates with my other software as well. I use the app daily while taking and receiving calls all days long. It is so easy to use and implement into my daily routine!! I can't say enough about the system. I wish the text messages would appear in a different way on my smartphone. I have to use my computer to utilize the texting feature, so I do use it often and often miss a text message due to not being at my computer. 1. Excellent support - we are not a techy agency and when we need help, they are extremely responsieve and helpful.

2. Breadth of features -

- texting platform we have tried numerous others and it is so easy to use

- e-signature - so easy to use and saves so much time.

- VOIP and fax are excellent too

The customer service team is top notch. Easy to get ahold of and they always have a quick fix for what I need. On top of that, the app and website are user friendly and include great features like eSign and the sales automation. I use Bridge every day and I have nothing but good things to say about Bridge! What do you like best about Bridge Insure?

I talked to Christofer about setting up our away voicemail for Memorial day. I usually do this in advance but this time requested it just 4 days before (not including the weekend). He got right on it. I have talked to several different reps and they are all very professional and friendly. I love the ease of access to go chat with them on the website as I am not super tech savy on certain things. Nice to know they are there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
