**What do you like best about iLife Technologies?**

With ILife, we can now provide our clients and prospects with an educational experience around understanding and purchasing the Right Life insurance for themselves and their families!  All in the comfort of their own home!!

**What do you dislike about iLife Technologies?**

Actually, we have been trying to find any weaknesses and have not found anything yet that we do not like!!  The only issue for a consumer is that they may not understand permanent life insurance but that is where the agent can come in and assist with questions.

**What problems is iLife Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our firm believes that it is our duty to educate our clients first and foremost!  ILife helps us accomplish our mission and makes shopping for life insurance as easy as purchasing a product on Amazon!  Well almost!

**What do you like best about iLife Technologies?**

I must say, iLife is the future for the independent life agent and or life insurance agency owner. 

After several fruitless conversations with several companies I contacted requesting access to their API for e-app automation and automatic electronic underwring capabilities through their API's, finally a company who's willing to give the smaller guys an opportunity to get into the digital automation e-app arena.

The main companies that offer the capabilities of customer facing quote and apply technologies and other related technologies, pitch to the industry about using their API's for access to the digital technologies we need going forward, telling us how easy it is to access them by simply clicking the button and requesting access, are, in my opinion, very misleading. 

I've had 4 conversations with four different companies who allow some major insurance firms to have access, and all of them have said the same thing. You're company needs to be grossing over $1million annually. On one end I respect their business and the fact they have a chosen target audience. On the other end, they should state that in some way that on their platforms rather than have us schedule demos only to be told you have to have $100k plus to gain access and or have a company that's generating $1million plus annually. 

Many of us looking to add the digitization to our insurance agencies to stay current and give clients options, aren't able to do so unless we're already financially established in our businesses or possibly have connections with these entities. I would say it's unfair but it's not illegal or unethical to exclude newer companies from your platform. I do however, think it doesn't serve the industry well.

iLife has done something that the long time giants were not willing to do, and give the newer agencies and agents the ability to add digitization to our life agencies for an affordable price, less hassle, and they personalize their interactions and experiences with you. I believe their approach will foster lots of brand loyalty from the up and coming agencies and agents. We're likely to stick around where we feel valued, services are great, the company appreciates and accepts feedback from us, and applies changes where and when it makes sense, giving us a greater overall experience. 

And as their platform grows in knowledge and experience, adds and removes functions to make their platform bigger and better, learns from their mistakes, continues to listen to agent and agency feedback on what we need then implement those changes when it makes sense overall, and continues to provide value, people like me, and agencies like mine, will be there for the ride. 

If you're on the fence about this platform, schedule a demo. The staff is great and they care. They aim to make sure we have what we need to succeed. They're a game changer for the new comers and even if you've been in the business a long time and want to stay up with the times and go digital with your practice, you now have a company who is willing to help you in that effort.

I want to personally have a way to integrate VOIP but that's not a deal breaker for most. The great thing is they're working on this and will be rolling out this capability very soon in addition to other very useful integrations and functionalities.

**What problems is iLife Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem they're solving is they're giving the average life insurance agent, new or old, a way to digitize their agency without the red tape of the corporate giants. They're letting you stay in control of your book of business and aren't Judi f fees or sharing profits. Their for the little guys who strive to become big players.

Not able to pick many carriers on the list that i work with. Telesales are not that great. People transferred over to you  have zero interest in insurance and some even tell the rep that they didnt wanna talk to anyone but are still transfered to you anyways.

They are making a good platform for agents to come to that are able to produce leads elsewhere and make underwriting way easier.

A few clicks within seconds. A professional is there to assist within the time booked. Precise to the information requested and with much accuracy and relevant to the tools needed.

Language. iLife should be in many languages as there are people with different languages and from different countries working in the same fiel and Industry. Translation and language would be perfect.

**What do you like best about iLife Technologies?**

After a couple of months with the service, my worst fears were realized. I've come to the conclusion that this "software" is really just about selling leads.

My analytics from Facebook and Google Ads tell me that 142 people visited the link that I promoted, which was supposed to lead them to an automated insurance sale. According to iLife, only one person actually completed the lead form. 

To make matters worse, I couldn't even retrieve the one lead that I had. When I told the company that I couldn't retrieve it, they supposedly "submitted a ticket to the support team." Weeks go by. I'm still not able to retrieve anything. No explanation from the company nor any estimate on when it would be fixed. Their response was always, "here are some leads."

**What do you dislike about iLife Technologies?**

Everything. There isn't any reason for me to pay $99 per month just to buy leads. I purchased the software package to generate my own leads because I'm convinced that self-generated leads will always be better than purchased ones.

**Recommendations to others considering iLife Technologies:**

Focus less on selling leads and start delivering the product that they promised.

**What problems is iLife Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What problems am I solving? I don't know. Too much money in my bank account, I guess.

What benefits have I realized from it? None. Absolutely none. If this product were available for a penny, it would still be overpriced.

Functionality for Consumers to use. Agent Dashboard is easy to use with CRM and Multi-platform messaging capabilities

**What do you dislike about iLife Technologies?**

That after the Quote, that the eApp is not automatically connected which disrupts the buying process. Positive side is that it allows the Agent to facilitate the purchase process and have the opportunity to provide suggestions on better products selected.  Downside is that savvy users do not care about Agent Interaction. They just want to complete the purchase in 15 minutes or less.

Ability to provide online presence and opportunity for added sales volume. Still need to promote the website though.

The quality of the live transfers I receive is the best I've ever worked! The fact that iLife uses US based call centers is a game changer.

The only dislike, is the live transfers seem to come all at once. I wish they had a feature to indicate that I'm on a sales call.

**What do you like best about iLife Technologies?**

I used to tell my kids that I wrote policies using a rock and chisel. While a fable, it was complicated writing policies, faxing or mailing them into the main office, then waiting for underwriting. With the advent of the internet, we have seen dramatic changes in advertising, quotes, presentations, and finally, policy submission. Web-based quoting, CRM,  e-apps, and e-leads have also been significant improvements. 

With Ilife you get the best of all these things in one place. I created a custom white-label microsite with all my business information with no website software training; you follow the steps and fill in the blanks. Your mini-site visitors can find the type of insurance they are looking for and get companies they like.  Side-by-side illustrations of carriers and policies is easy. The ILIFE CRM allows you to help site visitors and customers from start to finish. The mini-site expedites collecting the applications, health information, and electronic signatures. 

The Ilife support staff is accommodating for any questions. Ilife also has a robust HELP center for getting started, marketing, and advanced techniques and best practices.

No dislike here; I understand they are getting more Insurance companies on board.  More companies will help us with older clients and clients with health issues.

I am following my website visitors better, keeping better track of where my clients are in the process.  Thus making my overall business performance increase.

Through all of my research, I have not been able to find anyone who is able to compare to Ilife's customer service, user-friendly website, and features within the website. I honestly believe that Ilife technologies are leading the way to guide the insurance industry to a new era.

I have not been able to find anything I dislike about Ilife because everything works and there is always someone there to guide me.  Overall, Ilife technologies and its employees have gone above and beyond to help me grow my insurance business.

**What do you like best about iLife Technologies?**

As a new agent, it is challenging to navigate the insurance world if you have no sales experience or have difficulty getting people on the phone. With iLife Technologies, it is easier to get to prospects because they can easily navigate the site while also establishing credibility. With Life Technologies, I have a website where I can easily promote on social media. My prospects have the option to either speak to me directly on the phone or only communicate through the messaging app, which is excellent. I believe iLife Technologies is the future for new agents.

There is nothing to dislike at the moment. They have an excellent customer service team, and they are ready to help anyone onboards with them. I genuinely appreciate Tess and

Ilife has a great concept; I've been with them nearly from their inception and was fortunate enough to watch the company expand and improve upon itself in a very short time.  They are always open to suggestions and are not afraid to get in front of any issue that you may have.  The insurance industry as a whole seems to complicate almost every step, but with tech coming alive like Ilife, things should start becoming a bit easier for us.  I've worked with Amanda and her team regularly, and they are second to none when it comes to response, and professional service.  They truly care about your results!

**What do you dislike about iLife Technologies?**

I can't say I dislike anything, but I would recommend adding features or carriers that offer Fixed Annuities, or even a feature that would bring a lead or client through the full application process, so we the agent can follow up and double-check the info, then submit right away.  Again they are always improving and growing features, so I can see all this coming down the line..

Yes I would, anything to help gather prospects info, organize it, and keep track of follow up, along with the quoting tool is a no brainer

As a new agent since 2020, it`s hard to navigate the world of insurance especially if you don't have years of sales experience or struggle reaching people on the phone.   With iLife Technologies, it makes it easier to connect with potential customers with the ease to navigate on your site.

iLife Technologies, with a quick setup, create a website to easily promote on social media.  I really appreciate that potential clients can communicate directly by phone, a messaging app, or direct call.  They get to choose which avenue is most comfortable for them. That option alone made me sign up.  It's perfect for the relationships I want to build with my potential clients.  

iLife Technologies is a very user-friendly website with many features to help you take your insurance business to the next level, which is a bonus.   I have done my homework and researched MANY options to set my business apart for everyone else.  iLife matched my exact needs, and their customer service, user-friendly website, checked all the boxes I needed so my decision was a no-brainer. I believe in the technology of iLife, which is opening a new era in the insurance industry.  I'm excited about their efforts to join with other carriers in the future.  I'm thrilled with the opportunity to grow with iLife.

I do not have anything to add that I dislike at this point.  After creating my site, and spending time looking around to find what best fits my goals, it was so easy to maneuver around and fine-tune to my needs.  I scheduled an introduction call and spoke with a support person which was great.  Got a lot of feedback and great ideas.  I'm excited to see what my efforts and dedication will lead me with the help of iLife.

With the additional information provided during my initial onboarding interview, I found other resources to help with posting content.  That was an area where I am not always diligent in, but now, I figured out a schedule to ensure I continue to post educational content on my social media sites.

I had no issues when getting started, super simple to use and set up.  The customer service is phenomenal and is committed to your success. ILife is a game changer and I Rafael, am happy to be part of it.

I would love to see more carriers.  I do not have much to dislike since you are free to customize your page as your wish. Useful for insurance agents/brokers.

Ask questions and understand how to properly use ILife. Useful tools are QR codes, link trees, or "dot" can help spread your ILife website link.

I've realized that they call and make sure you understand how to work and customize your account. I have been working with ILife and they ask the right questions that lead to an improvement on their flaws. The main benefit would be the quality carriers.

I love how fast, easy, and intuitive the setup process is with the website. There are also little tips and tricks for writing your content which I like. I also like that there are exclusive leads available through the site.

A notification feature needs an update, but I understand that a solution is already in the works!

Having a creditable online storefront is something I was lacking as an independent agent. Having a powerful (and pretty!) site that I can easily share with my prospects has benefited me in a big way already by making me more confident in my selling.

For a platform still in its seed stage I am thrilled to have been able to jump on board. Their support team is awesome and quick to respond, and they are actually open to customer feedback and willing to include customer advice when making changes and decisions.

**What do you dislike about iLife Technologies?**

I wish there were a place to add phone clients into the CRM and set up the platform for customers who aren't very tech savvy. Other than that the platform is very intuitive.

**Recommendations to others considering iLife Technologies:**

iLife is a fantastic support platform for agencies small or large. They provide a customized easy to use product that really brings an antiquated industry into the 21st century.

As mentioned, the lack of agent ability to create client profiles from the agent dashboard is a minor setback. Otherwise the appointment process is seamless and the website integration is fantastic. Would like to see customized continuity through the entire customer facing site and profile.

Covid-19 caused many of us to think outside the box, forcing us to adapt our professions and businesses to the new norm during the days of quarantine and social distancing... In order to survive, many companies turned to the digital world and sought to continue operations online... By doing so, these businesses not only survived, but thrived...  From this, we learned that working digitally not only made things more convenient (working from home) but it also allowed some of us to work more efficiently and gave us the ability to reach more prospects and customers across the country/world... As the world began to open back up, a lot of these industries continued to flourish from the digital adaptations they were forced to make during Covid's peak... Unfortunately, the Life Insurance industry was one of the last (still one of the last) industries to move in this direction, until iLife... Sure there are other companies, such as Ethos, that are trying to make the jump to digital operations, but nothing comes close to what iLife is able to offer agents and independent brokers... Though the company is still young and is still in its early stages, I believe iLife is going to be spearheading the future of Life Insurance, providing clients with the convenience to shop around a variety of carriers and products from the comfort of their own home, just as they would any other product or service... And as we look towards the future, we have to keep in mind that each new generation will be more tech-savvy than the last... Sure final expense prospects now may barely know their way around a smartphone, but by the time I'm in my 60s, I believe that most industries if not all will be able to provide that same convenience... so I see iLife as not only catalyst, pushing Life Insurance sales into the future, but I also have a feeling that it's here stay, and that those of us who were lucky enough to find iLife during it's start-up stages will be the ones who will benefit the most in the future...

As mentioned earlier, iLife is still in it's early stages and my only complaint is the limited range in Insurance Carriers they are able to work with... But the customer support is phenomenal and I am always being informed of the carriers that they plan to add in the near future..

The best part about iLife has been simply how easy the entire process is for both the agent and the client. I love that I was able to create my own Page that can easily be shared with a link that lets clients basically do most of the work on their own. Your main job is to get that link out there, advertise it as much as possible and assist the client through the application. Also, it saves lots of time on the phones making appointments, checking underwriting, etc. As a broker who deals with several carriers, it can be challenging, but iLife takes out that challenge. The fact that it identifies the top policies for the client is beneficial, and from there, you get to review and advise the client on which way to proceed. Overall I love everything about it.

**What do you dislike about iLife Technologies?**

Honestly, I can't think of anything about iLife that I dislike. They basically do almost all the work for you and leave you ready to close the deal.

For me, the fact that I don't have to dial for hours upon hours to make appointments is one of the problems iLife is solving for me. It is a real time saver. I'm seeing different benefits everyday as they frequently update because they listen to us Agents. I have an amazing relationship with Amanda at iLife, who I talk to at least once a week, and she follows up on everything I've asked her. She even did a quick zoom meeting with me on a Saturday recently, and I was very impressed.

By the time we talk, they have very high intent from knowing their possible options, which takes away a lot of the pain points from advising them and providing them the highly needed coverage or investment.

The only thing I would like to see going forward is the addition of more carriers to the platform. I am privy to information that a few more are coming on in the coming weeks; excellent news!

The major problem I am solving is the time filtering through leads to find my prospective clients. With iLife, be it the prospects via my unique link or those via my purchased leads, everyone has a relatively high intent to buy some form of life insurance.

Awesome website! As a new agent I don't know what I would do without iLife being there for me from the beginning, since I am not the biggest fan of hour long phone conversations, and prefer to work from home instead of face-to-face, which is normal in this industry if you are not invested in the digital age as a sales agent. Great customer service, and they even offer a free trial to help you get setup and and appointed with all the carriers and ask questions before you pay. Nice!

Some minor tech issues can quickly be resolved by support. Also, their store products, such as lead packages and custom domain, are pretty pricey compared to other vendors but still may be worth the try - primarily the custom domain. Hence, your website branding is entirely customizable to your business or your agency.

Having a website to sell insurance coverage to customers 24/7, passively online, and make it easy to communicate with potential and current customers without having to leave my home or require long conversations to sell, is what iLife branded websites bring to the table.

Outside of a branded franchise operation or an IMO/FMO, there are VERY FEW platforms that allow an independent agent a means of getting appointed with many carriers, marketing, and quoting using a simple one-stop platform. Carriers handle the the initial payment and billing, too!

The problem of effectively and easily cross-selling from Health Insurance to Life Insurance. I have numerous health insurance clients to help!!

**What do you like best about iLife Technologies?**

The potential for growth of my online business is immeasurable using iLife. I love using their CRM for all my back-office work and using the digital storefront to sell policies online!

**What do you dislike about iLife Technologies?**

I haven't found anything I dislike so far.  The customer service department has helped clarify any potential issues I may have had, and they are constantly making updates to the software.

**What problems is iLife Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have helped me figure out how to market myself online, and with the storefront, I'm able to grow my online presence better. In addition, I'm able to keep my leads organized much more efficiently.

I would love it if more of the carriers I work with are represented, but I work around that.

It's now easier to help clients who would rather not meet and just want a quote or insist that I email them information. The customer support team is very helpful.

I like how easy it was to get my site built, and the ease of use for my clients. I also like that there are designated support people in place to guide you during your journey.

**What do you dislike about iLife Technologies?**

I haven't found anything that I dislike about the systems so far. So far everything is working as expected.

**What problems is iLife Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iLife is allowing me to assist my clients who are concerned about social distancing. It also caters to people who don't want to feel pressured by the presence of an agent.
