**What do you like best about Noibu?**

Detects revenue-impacting website issues by automatically identifying JavaScript, HTTP, GraphQL, image, and other technical errors that affect shoppers. It also groups recurring errors into actionable issues, rather than overwhelming teams with raw logs.

Session replay lets you watch real customer sessions to understand exactly where users encountered friction, and it makes it easier to reproduce intermittent issues that are difficult to recreate internally.

Real User Monitoring (RUM) for performance tracks Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, and CLS) using real customer data rather than synthetic tests.

**What do you dislike about Noibu?**

We need a better way to bucket issues that are identified as out of our control, so we don’t end up spending too much time reviewing and revisiting them.

**What problems is Noibu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In an Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) environment like The Vermont Country Store, Noibu can be especially helpful for spotting production issues tied to deployments, third-party scripts, checkout flows, and front-end errors—problems that might otherwise only come to light through customer complaints. It tends to be most valuable for medium to large ecommerce organizations, where even small improvements in conversion can translate into meaningful revenue impact.

**What do you like best about Noibu?**

I find Noibu incredibly easy to use. The team is consistent at updating the user interface for better ease of use. The homepage quickly informs us if our website is working correctly, showing that no pages have dropped. The ease of use helps us be more efficient, allowing us to sift through data quickly and focus on other work.

**What do you dislike about Noibu?**

I feel with the issues that are on site health, there is a lot of overlaps. When we look for issues that our website is having, it creates many new issues when they are exactly the same as others. This does make it sometimes harder to find issues that are actually an issue to us.

**What problems is Noibu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Noibu for issue tracking, site health, page analysis, and live session observations. It helps us quickly identify site issues and ensures our site works correctly. The ease of use improves efficiency, and the homepage updates are very reassuring.

Filtering out bot traffic and separating issues with multiple root causes are the only things that have caused any friction but the team at Noibu has provided work arounds for every need not immediately met.

Quantifying the value of the development work we're doing, saving dev time by helping id issues and root causes - its shifting development work into a revenue retention role.

**What do you like best about Noibu?**

I have been a professional developer for around 20 years and an architect for a big chunk of that time.  In that time I've used so much software that has left me wanting, frustrated, confused and/or angry that has purported to make my life easier, improve the quality of my work, and decrease the mean time to resolution of issues.  Noibu is one of a very small number (think: less than 10) of technologies that actually lives up to those laudable goals.

I'll start with the humans.  You'll likely not meet a more amiable and savvy vendor in your travels.  That plays a huge role in both the implementation and running of any third-party software.  They are very responsive, incredibly knowledable -- both about their technology and the industry at large -- and they engage in open-minded discourse about new ideas for features -- really getting in deep on the scenarios rather than the usual brush off one tends to get.

Next, from an implementation perspective, Noibu is very simple and straight-forward to integrate and with their SDK, you can continue to tune it very precisely to your platform's needs.  The folks there are very engaged on helping you if you run into issues and it's really very pleasant.  I use it pretty much every day I work and it has helped (and continues to) significantly improve the customer experience on our sites.

A few of the many features that I find absolutely invaluable:
* The unbelievably accurate session playback makes understanding the flow of issues much easier to get a handle on.  As you know, any bug you can recreate reliably you can fix;  it's the mysterious ones that can live for extended periods of time.  Being able to watch precisely how the customer interacted with the site, including the error is brilliant.
* Issue detection is huge and always improving.  Customers have to be really agitated to report issues on a website and many will just get frustrated and dip.  The Noibu issue detection is there to help bring those issues to the folks who can fix it, including the sessions you can watch to learn the causes and impacts along with a variety of metrics to help you prioritize the most important ones.
* The session detail, including HTTP requests/responses is pure gold.  You can also have it always store request elements, for instance a request id that may be used in your other monitoring.  Combining this with adding the ability to search for sessions based on details specific to your platform makes it perfect in either direction -- finding bugs in Noibu and tracking them in your other monitoring systems/logs or finding bugs externally and tracking them in Noibu.
* Their thoughtful approach to maintaining high fidelity session playback while also securing customers PII and PCI data.  This was a must for me and one of my initial concerns when I learned about the product.  I think they've done a great job of balancing these critical concerns.
* I am really getting into their new performance monitoring section and being able to see trends in the critical Web Vitals metrics as well as hot spots that are not performing as they should.
* The product is always improving so its value is monotonically increasing as time goes on.  That's always important, but doubly so in times of economic softness.

**What do you dislike about Noibu?**

I literally have nothing I dislike about Noibu the technology or fine folks there.  The tech and the people are incredible.

**What problems is Noibu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it in a lot of different ways:
* Understanding and fixing bugs they find for us
* Finding an issue in a log, another monitoring system or from an issue report and tracking sessions in Noibu to understand and fix the issue
* Being sure we actually have fixed all the instances of issues.  Given the crazy super set of operating systems, hardware and browsers it is very easy to feel like an issue has been resolved, but it turns out it still exists on a Mac running Firefox.  They give you the tools to help ensure you've truly wiped out the whole issue and by learning of a "left over" early, you maintain the context of fixing the original issue rather than learning months later about it and having to start all over.
* I'm getting really engaged with the performance tracking and using it to try to understand changes in performance and pages that are underperforming.  I think this will be a huge benefit in the near and long term for me.
* Understanding interactions with 3rd parties.  In the world of the many different vendors that get used in a modern e-commerce site, for instance, and particularly when the entire interaction is between the customer's browser and the third party, having eyes in there to see when things are not working as expected is invaluable.

All of these different paths improve the quality and experience for my customers as well as making integrating and maintaining other third-party software implementations much easier.  

I find a lot of value in the negative space as well.  Watching the first few hours after a release to feel confident you haven't introduced a new problem is much better than the stress ulcer of not knowing.

I don't have any dislikes about Noibu! The product is easy to use, the team is easy to reach, and the value is seen daily!

Noibu shows in very simple terms issues our users are seeing on the site and the potential impact of those issues. Being able to have a portal that shows and ranks issues happening on the site is critical for anyone managing a website. We don't have time to wade through hundreds of session recordings to find issues, this tool takes that guess work ourt of it!

Noibu is an easy to use and follow dashboard that raises useful insights and helps to prioritize customer-facing issues is a way that makes it easy to make a business case. The Noibu support teams are adept at helping you to better utilize the tool and are incredibly receptive to feedback.

**What do you dislike about Noibu?**

The only downside to using Noibu that I've experienced is that it makes me want to do even more than the tool is currently capable of doing. I'd very much like to push the tool to its limits.

Noibu has helped us to isolate and identify dozens of high-impact issues facing our customers, from erroring third-parties to memory leaks on the product page.

- seeing the most (estimated) revenue-impactful bugs, based on critical areas: browse, cart, checkout, etc.
- seeing when bugs are resolved (on a line graph visual), after a release
- table to tag and filter lists of issues
- seeing live playback video of dom sessions, to understand the obstacle that real visitor/customers are facing
- beta: seeing which pages or page type/categories are impacted by WebVitals scores
- seeing ai-generated steps to recreate
- stack trace developer details to quickly root-cause analyze where and what to fix or resolve
- ability to adjust the timeline view (7, 14, 30, 60, 90, 180, 365 days), to best pinpoint when the bug started and when it was resolved
- solution docs and assistance from the noibu support team

- resolving a bug that's revenue impacting, doesn't necessarily = net new revenue will see a lift
- some of the line graph views were just removed in the last release

We are able to see everything that is going on with our site in a very clear and concise way. We love the new tools that keep coming out that help us even further. Our account manager is also really great and communicative. Shout out to Bash!

**What do you dislike about Noibu?**

Sometimes the issues we see are inherent to certain integrations, so it can be tough to comb through all of them to find the ones that are actually causing distress for our customers.

We are able to see where our site could use improvements and where our code is looking messy and could use a clean-up. This helps us give our customers the best possible experience!

**What do you like best about Noibu?**

The onboarding was quite smooth and the team was more than supportive throughout the process. The product provides valuable insight into the things that you cannot necessarily see that may or may not be impacting your business. I think that "Noibu-ing" is a skill that when learned can be leveraged for positive ROI at most businesses. I feel the pricing is fair - as sometimes solving just 1 issue more quickly can make back the yearly cost of the product.

**What do you dislike about Noibu?**

The marketing was cold-calling, which I'm not a fan of. But it worked on me so what can I say. I think there is some work to be done on prioritization of issues, but I have seen their in progress work here and it looks promising. We did have a hiccup in the sales cylce where their script was overfiring View Content events in Facebook, but the team was able to remedy. It's not necessarily a beginner's tool, which is why I wouldn't currently recommend to everyone - it does take a development background to weed through which issues are relevant and which are not.

**What problems is Noibu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a small team, so having the piece of mind that there is not something constantly wrong with the website is nice. There are always going to be errors firing on any website, but being able to group them as Third-Party scripts vs. First-Party issues is nice - you can then inform third-parties of their issues and they can attempt to solve and clean up in the background. First-party issues can then be prioritized and placed in the development queue. At the moment, just post-onboarding, it has mostly provided us with piece of mind that 90+% of our errors are third-party related - and once we have everything cleaned up - it will be nice to know that anything new that arises is likely the real deal. And when that one issue pops up as a result of a new deploy or third party, I feel comfortable knowing that Noibu will flag this within 24 hours and we will be able to diagnose things much faster than before.

**What do you like best about Noibu?**

The ability to view customer sessions so we get a real insight into how our sites are being used, as well as obviously seeing the erros first hand. Whenever we have had issues until now, they've been reported by customers and staff and 9 times out of 10 are impossible to recreate so they get untouched. Now we can see the bugs occurring first hand as well as how many people are being affected by it.

**What do you dislike about Noibu?**

If I had to say anything negative, I'd say the wording in the issue titles can be slightly too techy, but once you click into each one, the use os AI has meant there's a user-friendly description for each issue which helps hugely.

**What problems is Noibu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Almost immediately a member of staff experienced a bug on our site, I was able to share the helpcode with her and from there I could view her sessions on the site and diagnose the problem. We've also had an ongoing issue with Safari users but never been able to pinpoint the problem. Throught some digging, we've seen an indepth, widely measured bug affecting 80% of Safari users which we have been able to present to our dev team for their consideration.

It would be great if Noibu also gives features like heatmaps and the option to run customer surveys on the website. **What do you like best about Noibu?**

The best parts about Noibu must be seeing the product grow as they add new features and take in customer feedback. The platform has grown so much since we started using the platform and we're seeing better ways to review and use the platform every year of service.

**What do you dislike about Noibu?**

What I dislike about Noibu is the number of times we've rotated customer success managers and the lack of flexibility I get around notifications about revenue decreases versus the previous week.

**What problems is Noibu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Noibu is a bug-tracking software and user session replay service. We needed both of those, and the tool helped us attach a dollar amount to each bug and prioritize which bugs to address first. The tool also allows us to troubleshoot customer journey issues by grouping page types to see which page types have the most errors. We can view customers' session videos to troubleshoot what is happening on the front end.

**What do you like best about Noibu?**

Noibu has provided our team with the tools necessary to detect, prioritize, and resolve critical issues. The peace of mind in knowing that our e-commerce site is running efficiently is worth every penny but also knowing the minute critical errors occur (and the level of customer friction arising from these errors) is invaluable. Gone are the days of "waiting" to hear about an issue directly from a customer through other channels. 

From our initial discovery call to our quarterly business review meetings, the people at Noibu are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help answer any question. You couldn't ask for a better partner!

**What do you dislike about Noibu?**

If I could add/change one thing about Noibu, I would love the ability to connect their software to our project management tools (ie: Teamwork and Wrike) for a more seamless workflow on our end.

**What problems is Noibu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Noibu has helped us solve many problems across our site. Problems that include (but are not limited to) our checkout being down, customers unable to add products to their cart, issues that arise post-deployment/code changes, and general javascript issues causing customer navigation issues. 

This is benefiting us in many ways. From a business standpoint, I can easily see how many issues we are currently dealing with, how many issues are being worked on, and how many have been resolved. I can also see the potential revenue impact to help prioritize the team's focus. From a development standpoint, the tools available through Noibu's software help them resolve issues quickly and efficiently. We are able to monitor impact after an issue is fixed and are alerted if a "fixed" issue ever  arises again.

**What do you like best about Noibu?**

Noibu is a great tool that helps us address website customer experience issues before customers report them. Its ability to prioritize issues based on revenue impact is very helpful in determine what we spend resources on first.

**What do you dislike about Noibu?**

Not much. The only thing I can think of that would be an improvement is if their "help code" feature could be used more real-time to see issues customers contact support about instead of having to wait 45 minutes for the session to be available.

**What problems is Noibu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a small team managing 4 ecommerce sites. Noibu helps us identify user experience issues and address them before customers report them to our support team. The UI is very intuitive and allows us to easily priortize our work. On top of that, the integration with JIRA is seamless which allows us to follow our normal workflow for bug fixes.

The ability to review a video and open up Jira tickets from the Noibu app. It has helped the developers easily identify the error and provide a faster resultion to bugs

**What do you like best about Noibu?**

Noibu at its core is a helpful tool. It helps monitor errors and converts them into an easy to read metric for the non-initiated.

The team are also super helpful with their on-boarding and constant help.

**What do you dislike about Noibu?**

I'm not sure there's much to dislike - it's an error monitoring tool so you get out what you put in.

I would like to see some sort of feature where if someone in their network has already fixed an error - you could see how it were fixed which could potentially help other users fix it themselves.

**What problems is Noibu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Noibu helps to monitor front-end errors and makes it easier to diagnose and fix the issues. The most helpful part in my opinion is the storing of replays. That way you can see exactly what the customer was seeing at the time of the error.

**What do you like best about Noibu?**

Best overall feature of Noibu is the core ability to connect the backend and frontend into a single piece while also giving the ability to see functional recordings of events the users took in order to reproduce a bug.

**What do you dislike about Noibu?**

The only thing I dislike is that some UI elements of Noibu dashboard seem out of date or out of place: elements like some buttons, input fields, etc.

Their Dashboard is easy to use and I love that they are able to assign a revenue amount to issues we encounter on our site. I also felt that the onboarding experience was helpful in teaching our dev team how to use the tool. We also had a dedicated success manager assigned to us to help with any future needs which has been nice.

the one downside of Noibu is you get whatever you put into it. Our development team has been slow to adopt the tool. However, once we are able to incorporate Noibu fully into our process I know that will make our process more efficient and save us time, energy, and money in the long run.

Noibu has efficiently found bugs on our website and has provided insights on how to resolve the issue and where and why an issue has occurred. Support team is easily accessible and provides good feedback to inquiries.

Not being a developer, some of the error messages and codes are too technical for me which can make it challenging to create internal tickets. It would be great if a layman's explanation could be provided for some of the error messages and codes.

Helps detect errors on platforms and in circumstances we wouldn't have predicted. Helps protect revenue loss that might otherwise occur through lost customers and orders; a good insurance policy, and might save you money. Every customer becomes a real world tester.

It would be nicer if is were cheaper, but really the product is very good. Sometimes it requires a little work to tie up customer sessions between noibu and your own database.

For us, noibu was initially about the detection of (possibly long-standing) errors throughout our web site, that might be eroding customer experience or losing us orders. We had an initially flurry of problems identified (with a potential cost associated with each) which we were able to work through. 
noibu then became something between a monitoring tool and an insurance policy. We know that if something's up with the side and it's impacting revenue, we'll know about it.

Noibu provides data on where errors have occured, allow me to drill down by funnel action, and watch recordings of the transaction and cusotmer behaviors. I like the behavioral warnings, the issue trends, and the projected revenue loss by behavior.The account managers have been fantastic at helping identify the material impacts and focus items to deliver a true result.

**What do you dislike about Noibu?**

While it does identify the issues it sometimes misrepresents the financial impact of those issues. Some of the errors are unseen by the customer and therefore have no relevant impact to the purchasing decision. It also requires and internal IT team versed on fixing third party issues that sometimes cannot be changed or controlled. I would recommend an ignore this issue function or a rating on the material impact of the error.

The biggest impact has been on enlightening us on the customer experience through the session view. I pay the most attention to the rage click issue symptoms, the friction factor, and funnel checkout place order issues.

There are two main things that I love about Noibu. 

1) User-Focused Approach - the softwate focuses on capturing erros that impact actual users on the site which helps us as the agency to prioritse and fix based on issues that directly are causing an impact. 


2) The Detail of the Errors - the detail Noibu captures in terms of occurance/frequency and the revenue loss it is causing is beyond helpful! The stacktrace it also gives the developers help us save time when it comes to resolving the issue.

**What do you dislike about Noibu?**

Sometimes you can get false positives. Noibu can occasionally generate false positive error alerts that are not necessarily causing issues on the site.  Sometimes we spend time looking into errord that are not actually affecting users.

It helps us work on errors that are affecting the checkout and therefore decreasing the % of abandoned carts.

It allows us as the agency to proactively address errors as they occur and therefore minimising the impact of the errors on users before they cause too much of an issue.

Noibu has a really simple, clean interface that aids in helping technical and non-technical people manage and prioritize bugs. It offers such tools as stack-trace and session playback to help legitimize website issues.

The session playback does need some work, which I know their team is working on improving. Additionally, greater filtering capabilities or even an 'auto-prioritization.' Would be nice. Additionally, it would be great to auto-categorize bugs that appear on the same page.

Noibu helps businesses determine the impact of bugs on their site. It has a calculation that uses sessions, exits, user experience (such as tracking rage-clicks), etc to put a dollar amount to unsolved bugs. Straightforward interface and is easy to understand, with lots of filters to find exactly what you're looking for (Or sometimes, get a more general view). Also really useful to see what our customers are doing to get errors. We save time by knowing exactly how to reproduce the issue instead of poking around.

**What do you dislike about Noibu?**

Sometimes we get false positives, like an error that Noibu would consider critical but is not a real issue, and we don't want to spend fixing it since there is no impact. Unfortunately, the error just kind of stays there, and sometimes we still receive emails that this issue is happening, even if we closed it. It's really not that big of a deal, but it's the only thing I could think about Noibu that I don't like!
