I really like the developer tools that identifies and suggests fixes for client side JS. The session recordings are also very helpful to see how users are interacting with your site. As a Noibu user, what I like most about this tool is its ability to provide deep visibility into my web applications, quickly detect and diagnose errors, and integrate with other incident management tools. However, I have sometimes experienced a bit of latency when loading data or running certain functionality on the platform. We have been using Noibu for more than a year and have found it extremely helpful and easy to use. Noibu has found errors we would not have known about and gives us valuable insights regarding how to resolve these issues. The sorting of the issues by the revenue impact makes it easy to address the most important ones first. The support group and account management are all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes it's difficult to actually determine the cause of the issue. In those cases we have reached out to support and they have provided assistance where they can.
