Noibu has a really simple, clean interface that aids in helping technical and non-technical people manage and prioritize bugs. The session playback does need some work, which I know their team is working on improving. Additionally, greater filtering capabilities or even an 'auto-prioritization.' Would be nice. Noibu helps businesses determine the impact of bugs on their site. It has a calculation that uses sessions, exits, user experience (such as tracking rage-clicks), etc to put a dollar amount to unsolved bugs. The bug monitoring is something that has been incredibly valuable to us as we build an online marketplace totally custom. I don't have any dislikes of the platform; the only dislike would be maybe the pricing is a bit high. But to be fair, the amount of help Noibu has been easily worth the money. Straightforward interface and is easy to understand, with lots of filters to find exactly what you're looking for (Or sometimes, get a more general view). Also really useful to see what our customers are doing to get errors. We save time by knowing exactly how to reproduce the issue instead of poking around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Noibu? Sometimes we get false positives, like an error that Noibu would consider critical but is not a real issue, and we don't want to spend fixing it since there is no impact. Unfortunately, the error just kind of stays there, and sometimes we still receive emails that this issue is happening, even if we closed it. I like the data-driven approach to quantifying the impact of various site issues that allows teams to prioritize the most important things first. The product keeps getting better. Previously I would have said their session replay functionality but now it compares to the best competitors. Honing in on the specific part of the experience where fallout may have happened could be slightly improved, but its easy enough to navigate and find if you know what you're looking for. Noibu is a blend of business and technical information. As a product manager, I sometimes don't have the knowledge to understand a specific error. What problems is Noibu solving and how is that benefiting you? On any ecommerce site there are dozens or hundreds of errors of all types and they occur for different reasons. Noibu tells us why something is happening, follows the stacktrace to make it easy for developers to find the problem, and usually results in reducing the annualized revenue loss from that error.
