**What do you like best about NinjaPipe?**

It's ease of use. It's very easy to get started, which is a huge plus, IMO. The pricing was well within my budget. Support has been quick to answer.

**What do you dislike about NinjaPipe?**

Integrations. I have had an extremely hard time getting it to integrate with Zapier. I switched to Make, to see if that would be easier, but it doesn't integrate with Make. NinjaPipe needs to have more integration and those integrations need to be easier to use.

**What problems is NinjaPipe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had tried several CRMs before NinjaPipe, and even went back to a spreadsheet bc I couldn't find anything that worked for me. Since I started using NinjaPipe, I have been able to keep my projects organized and see what needs to be done and when.

**What do you like best about NinjaPipe?**

I like how it brings every piece of your client management and sales pipeline together in one clean, user-friendly platform. The dashboard is refreshingly well-organized; you get a clear overview of your clients, deals, tasks, invoices, and products without drowning in tabs or menus. Automations are a highlight—building out workflows for emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, appointment setting, or even pipeline moves is intuitive, and integration with tools like Zapier makes connecting to your other apps a breeze.

**What do you dislike about NinjaPipe?**

Email tracking isn’t fully fleshed out yet—I’d love to see better records of sent and received messages directly within the CRM. The app occasionally requires a little exploration to find specific details (like communication logs), but updates are frequent and the support team is prompt and helpful whenever you hit a snag.

**What problems is NinjaPipe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninjapipe is tackling the problem of Fragmented, repetitive, and time-consuming client management and sales ops. Instead of flipping between separate tools for contacts, tasks, quotes, invoicing, and automations, I now have everything in one place. That means less admin, more organization, and faster follow-up throughout the sales process.

NinjaPipe keeps all my customer information in one spot, so I never miss a detail. It also helps me stay on top of tasks and follow-ups, making sure I never forget to reach out to clients. This has been great for my business, allowing me to deliver better service to customers. Plus, it helps me manage my sales pipeline more effectively, letting me see which deals are nearing the finish line. Overall, it keeps my work organized and boosts my efficiency.

NinjaPipe offers a great features of CRM and sales automation tools, suitable for businesses of all sizes. Its clean interface makes it easy to set up automations, manage sales pipelines, and track key metrics like revenue and customer acquisition. I like the workflow automation, which allows for multi-step processes using pre-designed templates, effectively reducing manual repetitive tasks. Additionally, the integration with platforms like Zapier and Pabbly extends its utility across numerous other applications, making it adaptable and highly flexible.

The built-in AI support for emails and SMS content, using GPT-4o, is another great feature that significantly enhances productivity by automating messaging, thereby eliminating the tedious nature of content creation. The client portals with personalized branding are also a great touch for client relationship management, providing clients with a central hub for documents, communication, and progress tracking.

**What do you dislike about NinjaPipe?**

Limited customization options for dashboards.
API capabilities might require a higher technical skill level.
