I like NinjaPipe because of its breadth of functionality, which really covers a lot of ground for what I need. The AI Developability is great, especially since between the REST API and the MCP Server, most objects are accessible between the two interfaces. A recent review that Deals are not accessible is not true, for example. This allows me to use Claude Code to build forms, create sample data, and run tests while focusing on higher level architecture. Claude even created the hidden field to pass in the DealID from a URL parameter so that prospects can provide additional data to build out their profile. I also appreciate the responsiveness of the support team, as any minor layout issues get addressed quickly. The mobile app is another aspect I enjoy, making it easy to keep things moving even when I'm not at my desk. Setting it up was straightforward, thanks to the wizard, and integrating it with our SaaS and lead acquisition channels was a breeze.

NinjaPipe packs a lot into one platform. Pipelines, email and SMS outreach, workflow automation, client portals, and invoicing are all in the box, so for a small business it's a real "run your sales from one login" option. Setup was straightforward, the iPhone app actually works, and it connects to Zapier, so basic automations were easy to stand up. As a lifetime deal the value on paper is strong, and the AI features are a nice touch for a tool at this price point.
