  ### 1. Ticket management made more intuitive and easier

**What do you like best about NilearOS?**

Great way to start the work day with a session in browser running and tickets ready address. Documenting work, time and configurations is straightforward. The sync works great with ConnectWise. Email correspondence through tickets works well.

**What do you dislike about NilearOS?**

Limitations in time entry. Cannot log time for work done in the past, or even earlier in the day. For that, I have had to go into ConnectWise and can get that done readily. Sync of configurations works best one-way, from ConnectWise to NilearOS.

**What problems is NilearOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improvements in documenting time, work and configurations. The website is phone and tablet friendly.

**What do you like best about NilearOS?**

You can change the status, and make updates easily, its easy to implement, and the integration with Connectwise Manage went smoothly

**What do you dislike about NilearOS?**

the GUI is not user-friendly, there are too many options in a single place.

**What problems is NilearOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to be on top of the board to handle tickets on time, and manage our service technicians billing time more efficiently
