"Ticket management made more intuitive and easier"
What do you like best about NilearOS?

Great way to start the work day with a session in browser running and tickets ready address. Documenting work, time and configurations is straightforward. The sync works great with ConnectWise. Email correspondence through tickets works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NilearOS?

Limitations in time entry. Cannot log time for work done in the past, or even earlier in the day. For that, I have had to go into ConnectWise and can get that done readily. Sync of configurations works best one-way, from ConnectWise to NilearOS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can change the status, and make updates easily, its easy to implement, and the integration with Connectwise Manage went smoothly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
